The staff was really kind and accommodating however the physical environment inside this store is like a sauna. The AC is out it is so muggy and humid I couldn’t wait inside for my food. I had to leave. It is so hot the chocolate chips in the cookies were melted.

Second time I've been there recently. Busy location and service is VERY slow. Took 23 minutes from when I ordered to get my food last time, I'm over 15 minutes today and still waiting. Isn't speed supposedly the calling card of this franchise? Not this location.
This is the worst Jimmy Johns I have ever dealt with. Food is rarely right if it is right its slopped together with ridiculous amounts of mayo that its leaking through the wrapper. I don't recommend this store to anyone because they just can't get it right.
Went across the street to grab a sandwich while visiting someone at the hospital. I walked in and the place looked disgusting. Empty boxes everywhere including on the three sit down tables they have. Doesn’t look clean, waited like 5 minutes for someone to take my order. Food tasted good though but I think I’ll just go to my normal spot than this one. Won’t visit again.
Doing all take outs when waiting at counter touching register and money not changing gloves gentleman friendly at register though. Very slow to counter customers.
Horrible service- over half hour wait for 2 sandwiches, and watched dozens of online orders being completed while waiting. Will not return

Jimmy John’s is know as being fast but I’ve never spent 30 minutes at a fast food restaurant waiting for food…until today.
3 people behind the counter running around haphazardly. No organization. 12 people waiting for their orders to come out.
I’ve never seen a JJ run this poorly.
I get they have online orders but it’s probably worthwhile to not make people wait in your store
Not to mention theirs only $12 parking if you want to stay for more than 15 minutes.
I will not be coming here again. Save your time and go to Piada or Chipotle.

Tell your drivers to not block the main entrance of the UC hospital with their cars! Patients loading into cars are having to do it in the heavy rain because of one of your drivers! I had to yell at him to move cause he sat there just looking at his phone! Blocked the only spot without rain. Was there for 5 mins. 3 patients leaving, loaded in the rain because of him.
At least tell them to use the lane not closest to the entrance because there are three lanes

Won't order delivery from here again - there was no indicator on the website saying that they were out of bread (how do you even manage that?) and when they refunded the order, they didn't refund the tip. Called asking about it and was told that they had, even though there was still the exact difference between the amount I received in remission and the amount I was charged for the order in the form of the tip. Manager on the phone insisted that the tip had been refunded already.
Don't waste your time and money!
Past this experience, delivery is consistently slow (I've had it come within an hour once) and literally never follows the directions given with the order.
And before you ask me to please share my experience with the owner with the same copy-pasted message you put on every negative review, why don't you try actually exerting some effort to make things better with a sandwich for free? That'd be the only way to get me to give this godforsaken place another chance!

Google calls Jimmy John’s “no frills”, I call it “no brain cells”.
Went to submit an online order - no option for delivery. Reluctantly I still order, and notice there is no time ETA, just “ASAP”. I get to JJ’s on Calhoun, there are no words spoken, not a “hello” or “can I help you?”, no area for pickup. I walk over and say I have a pickup and they look at me like I’ve just asked them to complete a math equation.
After they finished order, I then stated I should have two drinks, which they said “you’ll have to order them.”… what? I restate that I ordered two drinks on the original order, and instead of getting them for me they threw two (wrong) sized cups at me and said “do it yourself”.
Listen, JJ’s is a pretty simple place, I get it. But often times if you submit an online order, they give you a time to pick up and it’s all there ready to roll. This location sets the bar very, very low.

This is the slowest and worst JJ I've ever been to. Do not go at lunch time, you'll be waiting a while. Nothing Freaky Fasr at this location.

Took over an hour and a half for my delivery. When I called they were rude and didn’t apologize.
