Not sure what's going on at this location but this is the second time I have ordered from here for delivery and I am running into the same problems I did the first time I ordered. First time I ordered it took over 2 hours to receive my order. I called twice and apparently they're delivery driver called out sick so the manager was doing all the deliveries so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. So this time around I thought they surely wouldn't be running into the same issues. I ordered my food at 11:20 a.m. and we just received our food at 12:15 p.m. not so freaky fast delivery. I've worked in the food industry before and customer service so I know things happen. I went to go open up our food, and my toddlers sandwich bread was as hard as a rock to the point she couldn't even bite into it... I called the restaurant to tell them about it and they are going to send out a new sandwich. Not sure what's going on at this location but they need to get it together.

Watch the guy making our sandwiches go from touching his phone to making our sandwiches 5 or so times without changing gloves. I could see the mayo from our sandwiches smearing all over his phone. We left and threw our sandwiches out.

Rude in the morning, if you unlock the door it's ok to hello to the customer walking in, not we are closed. Just a little friendly reminder of manners I decided not to wait for the opening and spent my money elsewhere.

The manger at this location is a rock star! She has the place so organized and actually helps the staff. Even if they tell you it might be a bit of a wait the food still comes out fast. Don’t ever let this manager go! Give the whole store a raise because they make a great team. Don’t ever let that manager go or it will be a great loss. Hours say they open at 10:30. Got there at 11:00 and doors were still locked. Guy came to the door and said they still weren’t ready to open. Ordered a single sandwich and he told me there were 5 orders in front of me. Had to leave and never got my sandwich. I will never be coming back here. Oh and don’t worry about filling out the link they post, nobody responds or does anything about it.

The worker was acting strange and made us uncomfortable; he talked very loud and said they were out of almost everything. Paid $16 for two sandwiches with just meat and cheese on them... I got lucky that mine had two tomato slices. Won't be coming back.

I have had consistently bad service at this location. I ordered an online pick up order and showed up 20 minutes later to pick it up. When I told the worker my name for pick-up, he just looked at WM and said "yea; that will be awhile". I waited about 5 minutes and another employee asked me if I had been helped. I told him I was waiting for a pick up order and he asked my name. He then looked all over and asked me if I was sure I sent it to that location. They finally found my ticket and told me to wait (again). The entire time I am standing here, the girl who appears to be working on pick up orders is yelling about how she is going to walk out. Every time the phone rings, she screams not to take any orders. The service is usually lacking, but this is seriously something else. Particularly when they largely serve hospital employees who generally can't spend 30 minutes waiting on an order that should have been been ready upon arrival.

Took over 2 hours to receive two sandwiches via delivery. This was my second order after thinking the 1.5 hours on my last order was an exceptionally long time. It seems to be a consistent problem, and I’m not sure I’ll be ordering from here again.

i placed an online order for a sandwich about half an hour before closing. I went to pick it up immediately, but found the doors locked. I was there 30 min before posted closing time but was unable to get my order. I returned the next day right when they opened and they made my food, but such a pain.

Ordered a catering meal. NO response all day. Won't answer the phone. $200 gone because the owner doesn't return the calls or fulfill the orders. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE.

Slowest staff ever which is usually only one person every time I’ve been there. This time I went and the place didn’t have any bread toasted. Not a single loaf! How is that even possible?? It’s a sandwich place for crying out loud. Won’t be going back to this location.

Placed an order at 11:30am today and now it’s almost 5PM and still haven’t received my order. Have called the store over 20 times and no answer. How this place is in business, not sure. But, now I’ve been robbed of $60 and have to call my bank to get this sorted out. Should have read all the other reviews. Do yourself a favor and order from the hospital as the food is decent and they actually do deliver freaky fast.

I work across the street & order frequently. It usually takes an hour if not a little longer but due to lack of staffing everywhere I’ve been okay with it. Things happen. Until 4/9 when I ordered at 3:30, was charged, but never received my meal. Now the store is not answering any phone calls.
