After waiting 15 minutes over the time my online order was supposed to take, they forgot a sandwich and wouldn’t deliver it to the office. Not a nice way to celebrate our staff when someone doesn’t get lunch! Staff not friendly, nothing done to help the situation. Won’t be back...
The last time I ordered, it took 1 hour 20 min for a one sandwich delivery. At that time, Manager Jeff said, when it arrives, I owe nothing and that he was putting a credit in the system for 9.50 for the next order so I'd come back. Today, I tried to use the credit, only to be told that it has already been used. The only credit they gave was for that last order. NOT what Jeff said on the phone. So, therefore, EVERYONE USE SUBWAY OR JERSEY MIKES! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
