I decided to try the Firecracker Wrap for the 1st time to go purchase in the store. I returned to my office breakroom to enjoy my lunch. I ended up throwing the wrap away because it was swimming in Mayonnaise. The amount of mayo completely ruined the wrap. I enjoy the mayo but not to the point where it seemed I was eating a mayo sandwich (overpowering the meats and other condiments). I went to my office and I found myself really irritated that I spent money for something I could not eat. My co-worker noticed my irritation and suggested I call the store and inform the Manager. When I called, the manager listened to my report & feedback and then he was silent for at least 15 secs. Then he replied "Okay, if you would like to come back up here we will replace it for you." I informed the Manager (Luke) that I only had 30 mins for Lunch and now I have to attend a meeting. I asked if he could replace the lunch on another day? He replied "If you can't come up here today then I will not be able to replace it." That seemed absurd to me and put me in an even worse mood. I will no longer choose Jimmy Johns as an option again. Very Disappointing Experience All Around!

First, it's a sandwich shop, so let's be real, for what it is it's fantastic. The cheat code is using the phone app and picking up at the window. Freaky fast and easy.Clean, newer location, and great staff.
Slowest JJs drive through I have ever been through. Stopped here because I had limited time and JJs is "freaky fast". There was only one car in front of us and we waited 20 mins for our food. There was a pile of orders by the window for the cars that had piled up behind us in the drive through and multiple workers inside but the person for the drive thru window was doing other things in the store. Do NOT use this drive thru.
