I enjoyed the chocolate smoothie (just sweet enough but definitely the healthiest chocolate smoothie I've had 😅) my little one a went the custom route with blueberries being the star since it's her favorite fruit for the week. Stopped in for the Bahama Mama with 2 scoops of whey after my workout at Planet Fitness next door — best post-gym decision ever.

Kaylen took care of me and she was awesome from start to finish. Super friendly, smiling, and welcoming for my first visit. She even recommended some favorites to try, which I appreciated.

The smoothie itself? Delicious.
You can taste the real strawberries — no chemical aftertaste at all. The whey blended perfectly; you could barely tell it was in there, which is wild because I love knowing I’m getting that protein hit while still enjoying something sweet.

The décor is bright, vibrant, and really inviting — the kind of place that instantly feels upbeat and clean. Great atmosphere to sit, sip, and cool down after the gym.

Smooth, refreshing, sweet in all the right ways… and exactly what I needed after a solid PF session. That’s a one-two punch right there: lift, then refuel.

And no joke — as I walked out, a guy literally rolled down his window and asked, “Is it good?”

“This place is LEGIT!!!! I was looking for an energy tea drink and had their WATERMELON JOLLY RANCHER! IT WAS RIDICULOUS! And when I asked, to my surprise the shared their mix concoction with me and was able to purchase everything I need here. At least 3 days a week I make this drink in the AM that lifts off my day in the way I need! I havent had a chance to try any other drinks bc this one is so good I can't NOT get it! The service is generally very good with the exception of an occasional impatient person but I feel like that can be at any restaurant. Atmosphere is a little less than comfortable but I think that's just my personal opinion. Overall, one of my quick healthy options that I prefer.“
