Not sure when these new prices went into effect, but the special rolls are ludicrous. A third of the rolls are $25+! A basic shrimp tempura roll is $14!
Have never seen a sushi roll cost $30, or seen a shrimp tempura over $8-10. If it wasn’t for Findlay market, without a doubt I’d be concerned about getting jumped during my walk from the PAID parking to the restaurant. Price isn’t worth the experience anymore.

You can’t make a bad choice here! If you look at my other reviews, it’s very clear I am a huge fan of sushi and only post reviews for those I feel are the best around! I’ve been to Kanji multiple times and the beef bulgogi and sushi are always drool-worthy. They have a large selection of beverages and of course, sake. I like the location due to its proximity to various venues, including Findlay Market (across the street), Memorial Hall OTR, and Cincinnati Music Hall.
Americanized Korean. No eomma in kitchen. No traditional side dishes with meal. Food fine. Service good.

We came for lunch on a Saturday and had no issue a being seated right away. Everything we tried was delicious and our server, Abigale, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the menu.

Just ate dinner ate Kanji and had the most wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was amazing and our waiter Aidan was so helpful and a joy to be around. 10/10 would recommend!
