Really cool place across from UC campus. Great food and atmosphere. It was really busy, but got food fast. Love the Buffalo Chicken Dip w/ chips and Fried Pickles!!!

The service was not good, the food was bland and the sweet tea was not sweet. However the bathrooms were surprisingly clean. Thank you!!

Cool spot near the University of Cincinnati I enjoyed checking out when we were down visiting the kids. Excellent patio and great bar area. The Mac and Cheese bowl I had was very good.

I’ve been here twice now, and both times I’ve been served food that wasn’t what I asked for. This was supposed to have BBQ pork and sauce on it and had neither:/ we waited a long time to see our server again after getting food that we weren’t pleased with.It’s just disappointing that their menu is SO pricey and they don’t pay as close attention as they should to the quality of what they’re cooking. The first time we came in our meal was comped so we came back to try again but it really just was sad.I wish they would either make the food correctly or charge a reasonable amount for a dry burger with no toppings.

Our servers Ashley and Clara were amazing today. She made sure we had drinks consistently filled, and she was delightful. Will be back due to her!

Genuinely an awful time. Their service is terrible. Every time I come here I have to wait 20 minutes to get a glass of water and another hour to get my food. When I do get my food, it's bland and room temperature. Not the worst I've had, but still pretty disappointing. Just don't go here; there are far better restaurants around UC's campus.

Honestly I believe the quality of Keystone and Mac Shack have both decreased in quality for me. We recently had takeout from Mac Shack and the portions definitely seemed smaller although the owners stated the contains have the same volume but I find it hard to believe. We went to Keystone tonight for $5 Build you own burgers and were told they were no longer doing the build your own that they were advertising and only doing the specialty burgers they were offering. My girlfriend is vegetarian so we asked if it was possible to substitute for an impossible patty and we were told "We are not allowed to make modifications to burgers because the chefs are picky" This really just struck me the wrong way considering we were told the chefs couldn't make simple modifications because they were "picky". My burger was honestly just flavorless... Overall just have seen a decrease in service and product Keystone is putting forward.

This place is awesome! Kendra was my bartender and was excellent. She helped me pick out a delicious mac and cheese and a beer to go with it! The manager Taylor came around to check if everything was tasting good and let me tell you— IT WAS! Will be coming back to see these girls again soon!

The server was nice and food was good. Just don't go around the time a UC games. They ran out of allot of food and it took a bit to get our food because of this.

Now is the best time to buy and invest in cryptocurrency.
