I will not be going back to this location even though when they make it right I love everything they serve. I won't be going back because once again they gave me the wrong order to go o. And when I got to my daughter's house (with kids) we did not have the 16 piece meal for over $40, we got someone else's 4 pieces of chicken with sides. And the chicken wasn't the best. Previous visits when they did get the order right, the chicken was dry, over cooked. I really hesitated to go back this time, only the memories of a good meal overcame my better sense. No more. Farewell Winton road location.

The worse place to come, I placed my order online, the app said 20-30 minutes, I came when the app said my order was ready and it wasn’t, I had to wait more than an hour to have my order, employee closed my order before I received it, that’s why I couldn’t do any complain on the app.

This is by far and away the worst kfc I’ve ever been to. They told me a 5 minute wait for wedges. Cool.. turned into 20 minutes, I had to go inside, where one employee, the one who assisted me in the drive thru said “I knew this would happen “ trash restaurant, please go anywhere else if you’re hungry

They have started to take your order give you your drinks after paying then they make you wait in the next parking lot and then drive back over to the window when they wave you over. How about we use the drive thru as intended and not trap your customers.
