Chicken extremely overdone and dry. $5.00 for potatoes that fed one and did not fill the container. Scheduled pick up time 4:45pm, arrived at 4:40pm and order already sitting and cold. Too much money spent to feed it to the dogs. Don't waste your money.

The service provided was of exceptional quality. The food was delectable, served hot and fresh. It proved to be an excellent option for a delightful lunch. The staff demonstrated remarkable attentiveness by promptly delivering our meals to our table. The food was conveniently presented on individual paper trays, ensuring each person's order remained organized. This was a unique and enjoyable experience for me. I greatly appreciated this thoughtful touch, as it eliminated the inconvenience of retrieving items from a box.

Waited 20 mins before they took my order only to tell me it would another 25 to 30 minutes before would be ready. One person ahead of me in the dine in area and 2 in the drive through. Door dash and Grub hub are ruining fast food for diners and drive ups.

Extremely poor management. I ordered and they told me wait in the parking lot. No one was in the store nor drive through. I sat in my car for about 30 minutes. I went in the store to see what was happening. Told the manager of my complaint. He hissed his teeth and looked away. Yes an ugly weird accent guy sound African or Asian. Thanks to the Hispanic young man who was pleasant and understood my grieve.

My god... You just opened up an you've already pissed me off. My first time there and you tell me your closed at 8:05pm. I watched you take the 2 cars in front of me. Unbelievable!!!!!!

Update- it’s so bad and consistently undercooked, if I have a taste for kfc I buy it and take it home and put it in the oven, it’s sad I have to do that but some days I don’t feel like driving to another kfc. Smh

Had to wait 15 minutes for longer for an online order and my order was not complete. I only saw one car come in, in the 15 minutes I had to wait.

The flavor of the chicken is just not the same as it used to be. They got my order wrong, and I paid more than $30 for what turned out to be a 4 PC meal, when I ordered a 3 PC, a chicken sandwich and 1 order of fries. Just not worth it any more. After more than 50 years, I likely will not be going back

I have been coming to this KFC location for several years. I have always found the service to be very good. The staff has always been polite and respectful; until this Easter Sunday, at noon. The greeting was inaudible; however, the employee on the the mic then cam across with a very negative tone. I asked for an original chicken only box, and he proceeded to ask what my side and drink were. I reiterated that it was a chicken only. I asked for two drums to be told, “Wait, I’ll check.” At moon on Easter Sunday, I don’t think you need check…but, possible. When I got to the windows to get mot order, I expressed my dots please with his attitude, to wing he responded, “There’s an auto-greeter.” I advised him the auto-greeter was inaudible, so I didn’t know what was said. He replied, “Well I’m telling you there is an auto-greeter. Don’t get an attitude with me.”I didn’t have an attitude but do now. I left my order and spent my money elsewhere. See, this young man fails to understand customer service, not customer is always right, but customer service. Rather than debate a child, this exchange was not worth my time or money. The Assistant Mgr. offered a complimentary meal, which I turned done, because my complaint wasn’t about getting free food. If was about providing positive interactions to those who patronize this business and spent their money.I would rather they emphasize customer interaction with this young man than give me food. I might go back but it will be a while. I value me time and money too much to spend it at an establishment who’s employees don’t appreciate those who support it.
