I usually don't complain about restaurants. I know they are underpaid and overworked. I purchased a 3 piece dinner mashed. Potatoes, coleslaw, wing leg and a thigh. They were the scrawniest and dried out pieces of chicken. I've ever purchased there. Shame on them for serving a product this bed!!

All side were wrong on my uber eat twice. Missing sauce which I have to pay for. And this is what I got pea and corn for my mashed potatoes and gravy. 1 wing was sent when i order drum. For tenders combo they literally rip one tenders in 4 pieces. Can't even read and get order right, no wonder yall work at KFC!

I ordered 3 wings, mashed potatoes and coleslaw to go. I get home I have 1 wing, 3 legs. I don't particularly care for dark meat and I really didn't feel like driving back so I ate it. Now if they were out of wings, that could have been told to me and at least I could have selected another option. But it wasn't.
If I could give 0 stars this place would get it!!! Arrived at 10:50 pm on a Friday night (they close at midnight). They had no original chicken, no nuggets, no tenders, no jalapeños. Only dried out old crispy chicken! Do I think for a second that as a chicken place on the weekend they were “out” of chicken? ABSOLUTELY NOT. However, whatever night crew working May17th was clearly lazy and responsible possibly, INTENTIONALLY and with no care for this location losing a great deal of sales because “They can go to the North location”. Ridiculous!!!!!

Husband went to grab dinner after work forgot to add coleslaw but asked at the window could he add it and was told NO and the reason being they were to busy had it been said to me I would have cancelled the whole order

The woman walked away from the counter after placing the first order, and ignored my older brother before he could place his order. The first order was for My mom and I. COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY DISGUSTING, AND DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR.

My experience was just fine. Only thing I will say is the server failed to give me napkins and I had to ask for any condiments I wanted. Also, the prices are very high. I paid 23.00 dollars for a 2 piece and a 3 piece dinner.
