I'm glad they brought back crispy chicken, so I got an crispy chicken meal, it was good, but KFC needs to go back to their old recipe, otherwise than that everything was great, including the service.

The time of services matters at most of the area restaurants, keep in mind Cincinnati Greater area closes early, I arrived around 7pm nice time for dinner, meal was delicious and service was kind and mannerable smile as good customer service does. Saw a lady cleaning thoroughly outside and that gave a good impression on how my good was going to be. Tasted great! I trust this locations cooking.

Food tasted old and the service was fine from one lady but the man that passed us chicken just dropped the box and walked away. I’ve definitely had better service and fresher product. In fairness I ate at 1:30 pm. But I still expect quality at
