Stood at counter a very long time waiting to place order. They ignored me and filled drive thru orders.While I was waiting I saw a worker drop the tongs onto the floor, pick them up and go right back to using them to pick up kitchen.I turned and walked out.

This is a horrible KFC! They gave you worst KGC chicken they pull the items in the bag chicken was so hard you couldn’t even eat it and Gary waited on me horrible service!!!! Do not go here!

I was the only person in the store but it only took 17 minutes to get my order placed. They took care of the drive thru before even asking what I wanted to order..terrible service. And to top it all off it only cost $44.29 for a 12 piece meal

Worst KFC EVER, I would have given it a 0 Star, if Google allowed that. They gave me the dish, which was stale and re-deep-fried.Do yourself a favor and please eat somewhere else, even if this is the last restaurant Open near you, I would say drive a bit further and eat somewhere else.

I have experienced service as an employee and as a customer. First off, being an employee yes there are down falls and with any job you’re going to experience this. Everyone complains regardless if it’s good or bad that’s just what we as humans do. Secondly, being a customer a year ago the business was horrible the ladies that was running it did a horrible job. Every time I went there the food was cold or just plan ole old. Now our manager doesn’t let that slide but from other reviews people don’t like that either.

The fries were cold and hard my rap had hardly any toppings on it staff was very rude and hostile would recommend going to another KFC other than this
Worker/cashier was wonderful-- friendly and helpful; his first day on the job! So many items on menu makes it difficult to choose. Kitchen workers were efficient and made my order quickly. Dining room was clean.
Went through the drive thru and waited 10 minutes just for someone to take my order. Dead silence, only a "I'll be with you in a moment" then 10 minutes of silence. There are FOUR cars behind me and a car ar the window. Car at the window FINALLY leaves, so I decided to pull up to see what was going on and no one is there. I called and its busy signal each time. I pull around to go in, there are more people on the inside waiting to be served than there are workers. Once im able to get to the counter (mind you its going on 15-17mins now) the manager starts to finally take orders from the drive thru. I tried to state that I just came from the drive thru and was technically next but since it took so long I came in, I was ignored and told I had to wait. So I left. They had 4 workers. No food, and its clear the ones who were there didnt know what to do. At this point...just close. If you can't give good service why are you here? We'll go to the KFC in westchester instead

Boyce is the definition of a horrible manager. His customer service is absolutely the worst! I left as I witnessed him screaming at the staff and customers. KFC, you're my go to restaurant for chicken, period. Why would you keep such a terrible person that has no problem embarrassing customers and staff alike?I WILL NEVER return to this location. Do what's right!
