Had a promo from Tmobile I was using. I had a hard time figuring out how to use it. The employee was very helpful and walked me through how to redeem it. It's rare nowadays for anyone to give assistance at a fast food restaurant as they're always in a hurry. I greatly appreciate this person taking the time to help me. I didn't get her name, but if this particular location sees this, I hope you praise her for going above and beyond.

I want to give a special thank you to Mary (manager) at this KFC location for truly amazing customer service. After having a pretty frustrating day and a disappointing experience at another location, Mary completely turned my experience around.
