I have experienced service as an employee and as a customer. First off, being an employee yes there are down falls and with any job you’re going to experience this. Everyone complains regardless if it’s good or bad that’s just what we as humans do. Secondly, being a customer a year ago the business was horrible the ladies that was running it did a horrible job. Worker/cashier was wonderful-- friendly and helpful; his first day on the job! So many items on menu makes it difficult to choose. Kitchen workers were efficient and made my order quickly. Dining room was clean.

This is KFC home of sodium and chicken grease. For what they pay im just glad someone is working the counter. I don't have high expectations for fast food. Neither should you. Enjoy your chicken
