Never again! Took 45 minutes for mobile order to be ready and the place was not even busy. They were also out of Nashville hot and I didn't find out until I went to pick up my order. No napkins were provided. They also forgot my butter and honey.

Food good, no issues there. Wait time longer than it's should have been considering there was only 1 person in front of me and all the tables were empty. Maybe they were short staffed!? Cleanliness, not so much... Floor obviously had something spilled and it was not cleaned properly. It felt like I was walking on fly paper.

Workers are rude in drive through. Soon as you pull up they get nasty with you and say “what do you want ?!” And then they don’t prepare the food right. I ordered a mashed potato bowl and it was pretty much all gravy. Like three small bites of mashed potatoes and about 4 bites of chicken. Not worth the money

I like KFC. But Every single time I order at this location, they have me pull around to the front, where many others are waiting already. Manager is ridiculously rude. Said she has no way to ring up a side of gravy. Just treats people like garbage every single time.

The chicken was good only because it was early. I asked if I could get an extra biscuit as my side. She told me no. I don't like their sides. I asked for Mt dew. She said it was out and they had to change it. I said I would wait. She told me to pull around front and she would bring it out. It took over 20 minutes. I was done eating and had been sitting there at least 5 minutes. I already don't like coming here. The people who work here are nasty.
