Workers are rude in drive through. Soon as you pull up they get nasty with you and say “what do you want ?!” And then they don’t prepare the food right. I ordered a mashed potato bowl and it was pretty much all gravy. Like three small bites of mashed potatoes and about 4 bites of chicken. Not worth the money
I swung by the drive-thru around 4pm today. The employees were excellent and the food was perfect!
I like KFC. But Every single time I order at this location, they have me pull around to the front, where many others are waiting already. Manager is ridiculously rude. Said she has no way to ring up a side of gravy. Just treats people like garbage every single time.
Would not even allow us to order because they had 3 prime in drive thru waiting
The chicken was good only because it was early. I asked if I could get an extra biscuit as my side. She told me no. I don't like their sides. I asked for Mt dew. She said it was out and they had to change it. I said I would wait. She told me to pull around front and she would bring it out. It took over 20 minutes. I was done eating and had been sitting there at least 5 minutes. I already don't like coming here. The people who work here are nasty.
Above and beyond!!!!! I didn't catch the mans name but he gave me and my husband Great service today.. The food was hot and fresh and even tho my fries was a little salty he made sure to get me a fresh no salt fries because of my BP...today is me and my husband birthday 🎉 and I was starving and I'm so happy we stop here.. also the store was very clean !!! Keep up the good work kfc team ..
The wait time are out of control, the food has dropped severally since covid, the portion sizes have gotten smaller and the prices got higher, and the final cherry on top is the staff at this location are rude and the lobby was filthy I will not return for anything

I placed a on line order and when I got there they said canceled my order because they was to busy a didn’t want to do it. When I told them I’m calling back tomorrow to talk to the General manager they said we won’t answer the.

I placed my order at about six twenty and didn't receive it until about seven forty five.
To be fair, I am autistic and was in the military so I can wait in line forever.
The lady came out multiple times with other peoples, meals and to confirm what I had ordered (taking my receipt the seconf time)and still somehow forgot and when I got mad and pulled around to ask them what was going on they threw my order together real quick.
They forgot the tenders with fries but did throw an extra thigh In the bucket but told me I'd have a 15 minute wait for the tenders.
At that point.
Having a hungry wife and children at home I decided to pack it in and get the tenders for her at canes.

It's almost getting to the point of not ever wanting to go back. Started waiting 15 min to get food at the drive thru was told to pull around to the front of the building that realised it was side of building everyone was waiting very poor cumunication because side was full of others waiting also. Then, the runner comes out going to others and asking what was ordered. I finally get handed my order look in bag after leaving and no straw, no sauces I ordered. No receipt. I feel ripped off with the cost of this food, You can't even get a spoon or condiments. Workers don't care. I ask how rewards app works advertised on signs all over. Worker says she doesn't know anything about that. Why do I want to go back and support poor service and get high-priced food.
Workers want more money. I'm done with getting ripped off. Close it up if you can't get workers who can do the job. I won't go back. Maybe then you will get the message.
