Female server at window was rude. Talked to us like we were stupid and with an attitude just cause we asked questions about meals. Made us wait but other people kept getting their food. They forgot about us sitting outside waiting. Had to get our money back. Manager was super rude. Took forever to get money back. Never will go back there again.

Food is terrible anymore, usually just stop to get Mac and cheese. If I order anything else to eat, I instantly regret it. Wait times are ridiculous, employees are rude. They just shovel the food out the window, don't care if you need condiments or anything. Just close the window and walk away.

Terrible service for the front. No one helps you and me and 2 other guys were ignored. After 10 minutes of just standing there I decided to leave.

Chicken was mushy, white meat felt like dark meat, skin was salty and chewy fries were reheated charged me fountain drink price for water even though I bought a full meal, clearly no one there cares about that business in any way. This was Saturday right after lunch and 1pm

Ordered online for pickup. Waited 30 minutes and then was told they didnt have the item and i had to call support for a refund. Lady was rude and was no help. Avoid this location

Never again! Took 45 minutes for mobile order to be ready and the place was not even busy. They were also out of Nashville hot and I didn't find out until I went to pick up my order. No napkins were provided. They also forgot my butter and honey.

Wait time longer than it's should have been considering there was only 1 person in front of me and all the tables were empty. Maybe they were short staffed!?
Cleanliness, not so much... Floor obviously had something spilled and it was not cleaned properly. It felt like I was walking on fly paper.
