Went in for Mac Bowl Monday. I watched the serve 6 people before they served me. (This is after I already ordered). I then walk up there and ask them where my order was. They all look confused about how they didn’t put it in, as I’m sitting there holding my order ticket. Then they scramble to quickly make my order. Forgetting the chips, and the drink. The more I checked the bag the more I realized what they forgot. No thank you, no sorry about that, just handed me everything. Very unprofessional, I do not recommend anyone go there. And on top of that, after messing my whole experience up, they gave me the smallest scoop of shredded chicken. If you are upstairs, by all means PLEASE avoid Kitchen 1883.

I can’t give a review on the food this time, sadly, because we never got seated. We were quoted a 15-20 minute wait time, then proceeded to wait over an hour and we were still not seated. TWO groups of 4-5 were seated before us that showed up and checked in after we did. We finally just ended up leaving because we were stopped by someone leaving that said they had been there over 2 hours from seating to end of dining experience. I understand places get busy, but this place has been open for a good while, I would think you could more accurately give wait times and know how to seat patrons in order of arrival. Just disappointed.

I recently used Kitchen 1883 to provide food options for a party that I had and it was wildly successful. The Caulisprouts were just about everyone’s favorite, but I got so many compliments on the pulled pork w/Tabasco slaw and the Greek wraps (it was a great vegetarian option)too! The team that worked with me to deliver and set up the food was incredible. So friendly and helpful, definitely went above and beyond!
