Just want to give kudos to one of your employees, Courtney Hayes. She was working in the deli and stopped what she was doing to help me in the bakery. I just want the management to know how helpful she was. Great customer service ??
I enjoy stopping in at Kroger's but Ive stopped here after a doctors appointment and were going to pick up some fried chicken and potato wedges for a quick dinner. It was 4:28, I asked the young lady putting out fresh chicken if more potato wedges were coming out. I was told no, it would be an hour before more of them were made! Not sure why or the logic behind it. Needless to say, we left with no dinner purchased. I never knew if she just didn't want to make them or what but

I just moved to the area and started using this Kroger. The staff is friendly. The store is clean when I go. The Pharmacy staff is even a pleasure to work with. This isn't one of the larger more updated stores but I certainly enjoy every shopping experience here.
