I live close to this Kroger but I don't go there anymore. The last couple times I went there it was awful. Clientele was loud and using fowl language. One register open except for self service which I hate. I will drive two extra miles to Beckett ridge Kroger if I absolutely need to go to Kroger! I shop meijer down the road from the winton road location.

I just moved to the area and started using this Kroger. The staff is friendly. The store is clean when I go. The Pharmacy staff is even a pleasure to work with. This isn't one of the larger more updated stores but I certainly enjoy every shopping experience here.

Don't ever use the pharmacy here. Called a week ago to get a prescription filled - I tried to call for two days in a row to make sure it was filled and no one answered - went to the store and they told me it's not filled and it'll be another hour and a half. Just so not worth the time.

I ordered over 250 Kroger gift cards to gift to employees for A holiday gift. Due to difficulty dealing with the website I overpaid. I am still awaiting a sizable refund for the order with numerous email exchanges and filling out numerous forms. In early January I was told it would take 15-20 business days and again on Feb. 4 it would take 15-20 business days. The customer service has been awful!

I'm just at my wits with the poor products from meat to fruit. On 2 occasions I paid for curbside service and received expired sausage. Then I gave it another try and received a mushed molded apple that was sealed in a bag of apples...how does this happen? This is gross. Krogers y'all need to do better. The Fairfield location is a little farther but it's worth it so I know my food is fresh.

They close at 10 even though online it says 1:00 AM, this is such an inconvenience and disservice to not even be able to go to your local grocery store at night because they need to close to stock up absolutely nothing because when you go back in there in the morning it’s still empty on the shelves.
The store is dirty and almost every single employee is nasty. They don't like white people shopping in this location. I only live a mile and a half from the store and I avoid it like the plague.

This is the city's WORST Kroger. It's outdated, doesn't stock the freshest vegetables and fruits and has a small selection. The Pharmacy has challenges and I'm not sure why, because for the most part, they have good customer service. It NEVER has things ready on time or "loses" your prescriptions. I've had to enter my insurance several times and they say...every time....it's not on file. Why?!

Just want to give kudos to one of your employees, Courtney Hayes. She was working in the deli and stopped what she was doing to help me in the bakery. I just want the management to know how helpful she was. Great customer service ??
