Kroger Bakery

I ordered flowers & some goodies for delivery to my mom at Bethesda North Hospital. Stefka M went out of her way to get what I wanted & even wished my mom well. Employee of the year in my eyes! Thank you Kroger for amazing customer service.

Clean, spacious, well stocked, nice employees, up to par with modern tech. I like the kiosks and lockers in the deli and the electronic carts! They have a great selection of premade deli and bakery items. Huge produce department. I think it's my favorite Kroger and I've been to hundreds as a professional shopper.

The store is fine and employees are friendly. However, I would not recommend using this bakery. I ordered a specialty Paw Patrol cake a week in advance of my son’s birthday and called the location a couple days ahead of time to confirm the order and request some writing. When I went to pick up, the employees could not locate my cake. They did give me a free 1/4 sheet cake so we had something to use for the party, but never had any follow up from the store apologizing or explaining...
