My son didn't know what he should order, and so we tried asking the lady working behind the counter, but she didn't seem interested in helping us decide and seemed annoyed (not everyone knows about Boba). After getting our drink, it wasn't cold. It didn't have a mango taste and was just gross. We informed them that it didn't taste good. They said they could add mango flavoring, but we knew this would not fix the problem. After they did nothing to solve the problem, we left the drink and walked away. Service is bad and drinks aren't good.

The drink was delicious but at the same time, it was gross. I wanted to cancel my order but I did not. The teenage girl who was taking my order did not change her gloves between tasks. She handled the payment and went back to make the drink with the same gloves. Changing gloves between tasks is important to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety. Poor training from the management.

This was the worst Thai Milk Tea I've ever had. The boba didn't taste fully cooked and there was no hint of what was supposed to make it Thai. When handing it to me, she said it was he Thai milk tea and my order wasn't wrong.
For comparison, I've attached pictures from there and Milk Jar down the road (5/5 stars btw) and you can see they look nothing alike.
Edit: in response to the shop's comment that it looks different because they don't use artificial coloring, they also tasted nothing alike. If that is truly their Thai Iced Tea, it tasted straight up like a regular milk tea with zero special to it. And even comparing it to regular milk tea, which I love, this was bad. I didn't even finish it and threw it away.

The reviews for this place are very polar and are either 1 or 5 stars, so I was a little concerned which type of experience we would have. Thankfully, it was excellent and the lady working was helpful, quick and accurate. We ordered 4 drinks and they came out speedy and they were all delicious.
