LaRosa's Pizza Mariemont

I’ve been ordering a few times a month and the food is always delicious and hot. Johnny is very welcoming and very polite. Overall, just wanted to share how greatly this store has changed under new ownership.

I've only had delivery but the JoJo's crispy chicken salad is amazing and their beer battered fish is one of the best fish sandwiches I've eaten since I moved from Mississippi. They are also a awesome bunch of people at the mariemont location I've ever met. They give back to the community in such big ways its something. So I give them a GOLD 5 STAR rating.

Problems with call center ordering didn't apply my payment then after asking for it twice. Had to pay 2cnd time at pick up when in a hurry. This never happened

I WASTED MY MONEY SO YOU DON’T HAVE TO!! While in Cincinnati I am always excited to try some local flavors. Chilies, soups, and hot drinks always makes for a nice splash in the winter snow, so I landed on Mariemont’s LaRosa’s Pizza Baked Onion Soup. Rave reviews for the Hyde Park Location, but friends and company where near and ordering the downtown Mariemont area…. Nevertheless , I highly recommend the area around this place. (Sidebar: Movie theater, Starbucks, pet and human grooming, art galleries and so much more!! This restaurant is out of place! The people inside are nice, it’s the food. Apparently the original family changed and sold the recipes or something don’t quote me on that; it’s just local chatter.)The Baked Onion Soup at this location is a 2/10. It’s more like an onion gravy with a soggy slice of bread and a melted, not baked glob of cheese. The pack of crackers where old and stale. I had no choice other than properly dispose of this item. Luckily, there is a Panera Bread close in proximity. The lovely team there blessed me with an eatable bowl of amazing French Onion Soup; like your Grams use to make, with so much joy and comfort in each bite. Save you money an go straight to Panera or make the trip to Hyde Park.

This Larosas is absolutely fantastic. They are so well run, super friendly, food has always been great and the service is perfect.I've ordered about 4x in the last 6 months or so. It's right near my house so I always get take-out. The guy working the front desk is awesome, always reads back your order and makes sure they got it all correct. One time my food took awhile, because they messed up cooking it. The manager came out apologized and offered me a discount, immediately taking care of any potential issue. Couldn't recommend this location enough, I don't think I've seen a pizza place or fast food place run better in my entire life!

I got the pepperoni rondos and it had maybe 5 pieces of pepperoni in them very disappointing paid almost 8.00 for something that usually fills me up. The larosa's from hell.

So, you guys think you want to start sending out paychecks to employees or are we just going to try skipping out on that?Apparently, calling HR about the issue doesn’t do much but I bet the Department of Labor does.

We had ordered a calzone a while back. It had the wrong toppings. They sent out a replacement. Unfortunately, the dough on the replacement was raw. They gave me a credit, which I used tonight. Upon taking a bite of the calzone, my roommate discovered that, once again, the dough was raw! It was so raw that it stretched like melted cheese after taking a bite. Unfortunately, it was raw dough instead of melted cheese. My roommate was so frustrated after three bad calzones, she didn't even want to call the store. After this experience, we're done ordering from here.

Great place to grab lunch

I was not happy with the breadstix a week ago. I went back for a pizza. And that's how you do it. It was perfect. Now im coming back. Steff Smith is a damn ruler too in that co.and never was it wrong when he worked. I'll be back. For sure.

My mother and I were looking for a quick meal and headed to this Larosas. Unfortunately for us, we didn't realize this was a carry-out only restaurant. However, there were two small tables outside and the manager, John was extremely helpful in making our experience just as good, if not better than if we were at a full-service place. He turned our minor disappointment into a spectacular meal out. We will definitely be coming back, if for no other reason than to just say hi to John, who provided amazing service that is simply hard to find these days.

Enjoyed another great LaRosa’s chicken bacon ranch pizza and Jo Jo’s BLT salad. Ready as soon as we got there to pick it up.

Thought would try this location again after last tasteless food order. Suggest using another location.Very inconsistent food preparation, waste of time and money!
