I recently moved to the area and the White Oak location is closest to me. I i’ve ordered the fish hoagie three times and all three of the times they added sauce (when I clicked no sauce.)
The first time I didn’t complain, I just wiped the sauce off and ate it, but the bread had already been soggy from having sauce on it. The second time I called, they gave me a full credit. The third time I called, they gave me half credit.

slow unattentive service. my 8-year-old son commented that the server dropped off stuff and ran away like he stole something. how do you eat in and get a cold pizza? I won't be back
