Don't waste your money! I see why the drive-thru and restaurant were empty. Had to wait 20 minutes after I ordered for my food to finally be walked out. During that time we saw the drive-thru employee walk out to the parking lot twice to chat and vape something with a girl in the parking lot. He finally brought our food out and both the fries and hush puppies tasted like they had been reheated by being dropped back down in the fryer. None of the food in our 3 meals tasted fresh. I'm including a picture of my meal. There was 5 regular sized fries and a couple little pieces and that is supposed to be a meal?! Absolutely ridiculous to serve such small portions of re-warmed-up food to people who had to wait 20 minutes to be fed. Was given 8 tartar sauce and 6 ketchup for some reason but wasn't given a receipt. Avoid this place. Go anywhere else. Do the community a favor and let this place go out of business!

The food is always great at the Eastgate location. Service is generally instant and the staff are always nice.

I just need to say that this was the absolutely worst dinner we've had in this town so far $10 for two slices of cheesecake
The the hush puppies tasted rotten for what we actually did try to eat of them the chicken was loaded down in Grease same for the pieces of fish we got The waffle fries were unedible even after reheating I never like to leave bad reviews on restaurants but this one is necessary. And I don't think any stars should be given to this store they may be overwork and understaffed but still no excuse for terrible unedible food $40 for a bag of disgusting greasy garbage 🗑️

They have great fish, but the place is and has been a dump for years. Certainly not getting any better. Don't eat inside unless you have had all your shots.

I am at drive-thru at 7:30 and the employees act like I was bothering them. Waiting for my food and watch a person pull up to order and employee said something and they backed out and left! The girl at drive thru was pissed cause I arrived at 7:30 and they were getting ready to close. I see this LJS closing down soon cause the service was trouble.

So disappointed! Went through drive through and got home to find this as my lunch. Eighteen bucks for this is crazy. It’s supposed to be two pieces of chicken, side of claims and three pieces of shrimp. Looks like a kids meal. Would recommend going somewhere else.

I decided to give this place another shot despite my first time not being so great.. after my most recent experience I will not be returning. The young girl at the register was rude and the food was absolutely disgusting. Cold, super greasy like it has been sitting for hours and the coleslaw was foul. It was most definitely expired. Such a waste of money.

$48 for 3 pieces of fish and 3 chicken strips that were smaller then the fish and they are charging almost $4 for lg drinks that's cost them pennies I don't think the economy has pushed fast food into the grave yet but I will not be going back here and they forget items that I and to go back and get....LGS sucks

I was at Eastgate Long John Silver's on August 12, 2024 at 2:01 pm using a $100.00 gift card purchase at Kroger. Angel kept swiping the card said she got a pending transaction. She call her manager over and she continues swiping the card. The $6.00 meal cost me $12 with balance on the card showing $88 from a new $100.00 card. I question her that the transaction went through twice. She said it did not and to call the company which I did and they have not called me back. She also said not to come back
This also happened in Maysville ky. Which cost $42 and they said they would look into it to this date no response back. At this rate I can't afford to eat at long John. Long John apparently do not care about there consumer.

The food was old and hard. It was absolutely unbelievable I threw it in the trash Angel is the name on the receipt she was dead wrong to give that food out it should’ve been in the trash
