Loved this location. Everything was nice, but the waiter forgot to ask what I wanted to drink. However, the waiter was nice. Maybe he had a lot going on. Other than that the food was good and the atmosphere was nice, and the waiter was kind.
I typically enjoy my visits at Longhorn. Not this time. Was not a good experience. The best part was spending time with my family. I’m giving an 3 because my daughter really enjoyed her ribs. Our server brought us bread and walked off. Came back about 8 mins later to ask for our drinks. My mom got her drink after we got our food. The food was great, but for the price I feel that there are better steakhouse options. The restaurant is relatively clean but not to the standard I’d expect from a steakhouse chain that was to be portrayed as above-average. To top off my experience, our server seemed to forget about us. I was left waiting nearly 20 minutes (not exaggerating) just to get my credit card back.
