Their food has gone downhill. I ordered a burger. It came with a mystery substance on the top of the bun. I asked the waitress what is was. She said she didn't know, then said it was oil. Why oil, the bun wasn't grilled or toasted. Just a cold stale bun. Awful
It was a Wednesday night, big storm, so I understand not as many people. The food was great, the server was great! I hope this doesn't get cut out because it was all fives, because it WAS ALL FIVES!
Normally won't give chain steakhouse more than 4 stars, but this one excelled. Unfortunately I lost receipt before I got to this, but I think our waiter's name was Hunter. He was exceptional. I usually won't get steaks either cause they're usually overcooked, overseasoned, or some other reason that makes me feel like I was scammed. But my company both got steaks and neither was overcooked. I would get steak here next time. Very accommodating for Togo orders...
