We called in ahead they told us that we have to be there before 10 and we got there at 920 to the young black male talking to his friends for 5 minutes while we stood in line and he paid no attention to us. Then after we got his attention he told us they are done taking people. And then proceeded to ignore us. We advised that we called him and he told us well that’s to bad we have to clean and stuff and then his grandmother started to give us lip. I would not go here it is very ghetto and they don’t want your business.

Saturday nights Are packed. Hour and a half wait but the kids were having fun goofing around and not one employee yelled at them. I really appreciate that kids have so much energy especially when you're waiting for a lane. They don't serve food at moment but they do have alcoholic beverages or just soda and water. Also free refills on soda which is nice. They have games to play and vending machines.

Diner gone, entirely different atmosphere, can’t hardly get a correct score, been downhill for about a year. We don’t go anymore and it we weren’t “regulars” before, but went enough to noticed how much it’s changed and not for the better. Heard there’s new owners. Not sure if they’re the reason it’s no longer worth going but hoping they took over after the decline and will improve it.

Had to call multiple times to speak to someone. Insanely rude staff at front desk. Trying to host an event for our company and she cut me off saying call the event line. I said i did and have not heard back. Her response was "well she should call you back" and then hung up on me. We will obviously rent another place. Leaving this as an FYI. If that is the phone support i cannot imagine what the in person service is like.

I’ve been bowling in leagues and all kinds of stuff for north of 15 years, this place has some of the worst back ends I’ve seen:
- pins drop all the time (10 pins rack, 3 fall right down) - balls get stuck and don’t return - scoring is hit or miss
Management seems to turn on a dime man I don’t get it, rash decisions, one season they told our league no music ?
Man, bring the kids, have fun, I wouldn’t come here to throw any meaningful game

Still looks and feels like the 70's in here (in a great way). The diner in the back has some of the best home cooked style dishes and you can park right next to the diner entrance around back. Best place to bowl and grab a snack in the area, it really takes you back to an easier time.

The restrooms were a hot darn mess! You could smell them way down the hallway. It was people sitting in our lane. The kitchen is ewww! The kitchen workers were cool but the cleanliness wasn’t present. They took our order then closed the kitchen for a half hour. We were celebrating my daughter eighth birthday & had a group of people walking up to our table standing over us mumbling to each other until I asked if I could help them. They stated that they had reservations & our lane was their reserved lane. UNPROFESSIONAL! They never should’ve had people walking up standing over us! It could’ve started a whole different thing! They should have came over themselves & how did they feel they could send a group of people over to where I paid a decent amount of money to bowl saying they reserved when I did as well & it wasn’t time for us to be done. I will not ever return here! Very hillbillish & needs to be thoroughly cleaned!!!For a cheap bowling only experience fine but not high quality at all!

The customer service here is actually awful. I called to make a reservation for my husbands bday and they said “you won’t need one. Just come on in at that time.” So I showed just like they said to and the place was PACKED. Said it would be an hour wait.. I said I tried making a reservation but was told it wasn’t necessary and all they could say was “don’t know why they’d say that”.. I don’t know why either but that’s your employees?? So I wanted to put down a number for them to call when the lane was ready and they said “nope can’t do that. We’re old school here.” Yeah you’re also extremely unorganizedLeft without even bowling which was my husbands bday request and will def never return.
I'm a tad disappointed in the new ownership/management. Big event hosted for the surrounding schools bowling tournament (every year, hundreds of people). The men's bathroom was out of toilet paper in 2 stalls. The concession was open with only one worker/cook. He was extremely behind with no help. I'm still leaving a positive review hoping it won't be unprepared next year.

IF I COULD RATE 0 STARS I WOULD.2 times I have gone here more than an hour before closing and they will tell you “no more open bowl, everyone is playing their last game.” If you’re going to close open bowl over an hour early, change your hours on the website and on your door. Person behind the desk was very rude.SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
