I ordered spaghetti and meatball. My meatball was super dry and burnt. I was surprised it wasn't as good as I thought it should have been.
Maggiano's did a wonderful job taking care of our large group(9). I had requested a specific table. When the first seating at that table took longer than anticipated, the Maggiano's staff did everything possible to ensure we were happy. They went above and beyond to make certain our large party had a delightful evening.
Fantastic service and such a friendly server—would love to have her again! My wife and I had a wonderful time. This spot never disappoints for our date nights.
Such a great place. The foot was outstanding. The service and ambiance were second to none. I had the shrimp Diavolo. So tasty and just the right amount of heat. I had the apple Crostada for dessert. So delicious. We will definitely return next time we are in town!
The crispy mozzarella was a good appetizer, but my favorite is the fried zucchini. I wanted to try some new stuff this time around instead of my usual. I normally get the chicken parm but ordered the wagyu stuffed shells and they were great. My vegetarian girlfriend ordered the mushroom ravioli and wasn't a fan of it she said there were too many mushrooms on top (funny I know). She enjoyed her wine, the crispy mozzarella and the bread though. I took the leftovers home and enjoyed them. I had plenty of leftovers and they let me take a loaf of bread home. It was a good experience and a fun first date anniversary night.
We ate at the bar with Steve and everything was perfect. The plate he suggested was the rigatoni vodka sausage. Great food and drinks. The TV's are too close to the bar so you really have to look up and end up getting a sore neck
Very attentive and genuine, we celebrate every anniversary here and they always make us feel special!
Overall experience was very good! For good Italian food, it is the best bang for your buck!
Service was friendly, food was very good, lots of teens around us for Homecoming made it a little distracting. They have less options than the one in Las Vegas but overall it was pretty good. I took one star less (I'd take just half it that were an option) for it being so pricey.
I have no idea what changes this restaurant has made but is most certainly not the same quality as it once was. I will never eat there again. I ordered the Chicken Marsala. This is the first time in my life. I've had breaded chicken marsala. It looked like a chicken patty that came out of the freezer. Also, the wine was not cooked off all the way, so all I tasted was a strong wine taste. The spaghetti that came with it was Aglio e Olio. Very little flavor. For dessert, I ordered the Tiramisu. The mascarpone had a different consistency and overall flavor than what I remember. It really pains me to leave a poor review like this I used to really love this place. Definitely not the same restaurant used to be. 🤷🏽♂️

This was a birthday gift for our daughter-in-law. We all got the same meal and each of us was very satisfied.
Our meal of Waygu stuffed shells was outstanding! The sauce had a hint of spice that added a zest of flavor...great on their delicious bread as you finish your serving. Of course the Maggiano Salad is ordered every time we eat there and is always fresh and delicious. We sat out on the patio which added ambiance with the array of colorful fresh flowers in the planters on the wall. We were lucky enough to have Molly as our server. She knew the specifics of all the menu options, was courteous and efficient, and a delight to converse with. We ended our meal with a generous slice of strawberry cheesecake which had the best whipped cream ever! My husband, who is very picky about his Maker's Mark Old Fashioned, said it goes on his list of the top five places to get a top quality Old Fashioned. On a side note...please bring back the Eggplant Parmesan. It is so delicious and so missed on your menu.
Just a wonderful experience celebrating my Mom's birthday. Service was amazing, food was even better.
Restaurant felt tired and dingy. Torn upholstery in booth. Server was inattentive. Drinking water as beverage with meal and no refill was offered until long after meal was finished. No follow up until dessert was offered. Significant price increase noted.
The family style dining experience is great and provides a delicious variety. The service was top-notch and the volume of delicious food was well-beyond my expectations. The experience was top notch.
