I called on Wednesday and specifically asked “With it being EASTER, will you guys still be open Sunday?” And the employee said “yes, we will be open our normal hours”. We love the donuts but we have to drive an hour and a half to get them. So imagine our surprise when we got up at 5:30am to go get the donuts and find the doors locked 20 minutes past the “opening” time. Two others arrived around the same time as us and stated they were told the same thing, that they’d be open normal hours. Why are you telling people you’ll be open normal hours when you aren’t? Complete waste of gas and time.
The doughnuts and the people are always great. My kids love picking out their favorites. They always have a good stock of doughnuts too.

The best customer service! We walked in and we were instantly greeted and offered to pick a few donuts to sample. We sampled some and got a few. They are extremely friendly and the donuts are amazing 6/5 surpassing the max!! The customer service is in the best top 5 I have experienced and this is a MUST STOP!!!

Girl that works there very knowledgeable very nice and helpful carry my Donuts to the car for me because I walk with a cane. Very neat and clean. Good assortment of donuts

We love Marcella's Doughnuts & Bakery!!! Great service, Staff is Friendly and the Doughnuts - Wow Speechless! What a Treat!!!
Well, I hope someone doesn't come in after you started telling the employee what you would like to buy. He will abandon you (without apology) and wait on the other person...No matter how long it takes him. Disappointed not to try the donuts, but just couldn't keep standing there.
The staff working when I went on national doughnut day was the best! They were friendly, knew the doughnuts, and moved through the customers quickly while maintaining top notch service. The doughnuts we had were fantastic as always. They have a great variety and the bakers dozen hit the mark. Best doughnuts around!

Great bakery with wide selections of breads and pastries. Canola are great and we'll done. Pricing reflects the quality.
