Yesterday we visited McAllister‘s deli Kenwood, and it was slammed from a tour bus. They brought my order out in a timely manner, but it was slightly incorrect, and when I went back to tell them about it, they were very gracious, and provided great customer service in making sure that everything was re-prepared, etc., to my satisfaction!

We often use McAlister's for our office, and they never disappoint. Emily is always on time and professional with catering. Unlike other restaurants, she really puts in the extra effort. Customer service is her top priority

Another fantastic lunch at McAlister’s Deli in Kenwood, Cincinnati OH!
My husband Don and I stopped in for a quick bite and, as always, McAlister’s didn’t disappoint. Don went for his favorite, the Spud Ole’—perfectly baked and loaded just right. I ordered my usual Pick Two Combo with the Sweetberry Pecan Salad and BLTA. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying! 🥗🥓🥔
But the real star of the show? The McAlister’s...
