Quarter pound burger and fries were nice and Hot.
I got a 6 piece mcnugget that was Luke warm, hard and dry. After 1 and a half bites.. i tossed them away. Don't understand why food should sit so long to be handed out like that.

Never in my life have I been treated so disrespectfullly, they forgot one of my double cheeseburgers and I noticed asoon as I pulled out of the line, I went back through. And told them what happened and I was instantly met with so much attitude. Not just from one employee but multiple employees. Rolling there eyes at me, smacking there lips at me. All while I was being kind and understanding. The lady with the glasses and is pregnant at the window treated me like I was some theft thanks McDonald’s for a bunch of attitude.

0 stars if I could. Came at 11:42 pm and they close at 12:00. Yes Ik it’s close to closing time but it was not 12:00 yet. I work in fast food so I get it but I was with one other person so they could’ve taken our order and given it to us in 5 minutes. There were also 3 other cars in drive thru , which then started to form a line because no one was answering the drive thru machines. Also went to try to go inside and the doors were locked. Just tryna get a cheeseburger and a fry bc I’m hungry. Lowkey lazy.

This is the best and only McDonald's that we go to. Always friendly and helpful employees. Food is always hot and good. Other McDonald's disappoint us, but not this one. ALWAYS a good experience and good fast food at this location.

I would like to share feedback regarding a recent experience at this McDonald’s location. I placed an order at the drive-thru, carefully confirming the items on the screen. At no point was I informed that I was receiving a large meal, and my husband, who was with me, also confirmed that I did not request one.

When I went inside to clarify the discrepancy, I approached the situation politely and respectfully. My intent was not to seek a refund, but simply to bring awareness to the issue so that future customers would not encounter the same difficulty. Unfortunately, the interaction with the manager, Wendy, left me disappointed. Instead of listening and clarifying, she immediately discarded my food as if I had requested my money back, which was not the case.

As a store manager myself, I would never imagine treating a customer that way — especially within earshot of them. While I remained courteous throughout the exchange, I could clearly hear unprofessional remarks being made in the back. This is not reflective of the standard of service I would expect from Wendy’s.

A $4 upcharge may not seem significant, but to some customers it could mean the difference between being able to purchase a meal or not. That is why it is so important to handle these situations with patience, professionalism, and understanding. I truly hope this feedback is taken constructively so that service at this location can improve.

And manager Wendy, if you’re reading this, my dearest you are in the wrong industry you’re clearly miserable and making everyone around you miserable too and as it turns out “ I’m not dealing with her” was your job.

I feel like some of the employees are incapable of reading. Constantly leaving onions on kids meal burgers when told specifically not to and it is on the receipt. It takes a few extra seconds to take the time to read. They want to upcharge for mayo being added or getting a soft drink instead of juice or milk, but ruin the entree. I’m not getting back in my car and driving 30 minutes because your employees can’t read for you to fix it or refund it. Next time just refund your mess up and stop wasting peoples time.
