I ordered online and received a text message that it was ready so I went there. The employee did not respond at all and after 15 minutes DoorDash told me to wait. I said I ordered online and came to pick it up but it wasn't ready yet and they were talking amongst themselves and didn't even apologize or respond and I waited for another 5 minutes. This store is so rude and the system is a mess. And DoorDash? Are they ignoring the drivers? Because they are not customers? Are they telling the drivers not to be customers? They really have no manners and the general manager of this store should be replaced or closed down.

I marked my order as curb side and waited 20 mins. I tried to go inside to see what was going On and get a notification that my order was delivered. The doors were locked, okay cool. I go thru the drive thr, “ oh we don’t do curbside past 930” then why is it an option 1, 2 there was a girl cleaning in the lobby obviously looking and pointing at our car and did nothing.

I would not recommend visiting this McDonald's location due to consistently poor service. Unfortunately, I've experienced multiple instances of unprofessional behavior, particularly from some of the management. On my recent visit, I was left waiting for an extended period, which I believe contributes to the long lines often seen here.
As someone who values supporting local businesses and people in my community, it’s disheartening to encounter such disregard for customer service. When I attempted to get the name of one manager, I was met with resistance and even had the phone hung up on me by another manager. This level of unprofessionalism raises serious concerns about their qualifications for leadership roles.
I believe it’s important for all employees, especially those in managerial positions, to understand the significance of good customer service and professionalism
