I would like to share feedback regarding a recent experience at this McDonald’s location. I placed an order at the drive-thru, carefully confirming the items on the screen. At no point was I informed that I was receiving a large meal, and my husband, who was with me, also confirmed that I did not request one.

When I went inside to clarify the discrepancy, I approached the situation politely and respectfully. My intent was not to seek a refund, but simply to bring awareness to the issue so that future customers would not encounter the same difficulty. Unfortunately, the interaction with the manager, Wendy, left me disappointed. Instead of listening and clarifying, she immediately discarded my food as if I had requested my money back, which was not the case.

As a store manager myself, I would never imagine treating a customer that way — especially within earshot of them. While I remained courteous throughout the exchange, I could clearly hear unprofessional remarks being made in the back. This is not reflective of the standard of service I would expect from Wendy’s.

A $4 upcharge may not seem significant, but to some customers it could mean the difference between being able to purchase a meal or not. That is why it is so important to handle these situations with patience, professionalism, and understanding. I truly hope this feedback is taken constructively so that service at this location can improve.

And manager Wendy, if you’re reading this, my dearest you are in the wrong industry you’re clearly miserable and making everyone around you miserable too and as it turns out “ I’m not dealing with her” was your job.

I feel like some of the employees are incapable of reading. Constantly leaving onions on kids meal burgers when told specifically not to and it is on the receipt. It takes a few extra seconds to take the time to read. They want to upcharge for mayo being added or getting a soft drink instead of juice or milk, but ruin the entree. I’m not getting back in my car and driving 30 minutes because your employees can’t read for you to fix it or refund it. Next time just refund your mess up and stop wasting peoples time.

What happened to all the fun? It used to be fun to go into McDonald's to eat. Now its like eating takout in a hotel lobby. These chairs are terrible. The food was good,but they forgot my fries and i had to go get them. Bring back the drink stations and at least put some napkin dispensers around.

Horrible experience made us go all the way around for an extra item. We ordered $30 worth of ice cream and they made us go back through the line for just one additional…. Pathetic service. Managers nails were tackey. Just overall horrible experience. No napkins or anything.

The order screens didn't have add extra oreo as an option when we placed the order, so i had to label it special request. Additionally, they made the sundaes first, so by the time they made the flurries and got them to us, the sundaes were absolute soup. When asked what the special order request was and i was trying to explain, an extra oreo option wasn't available they cut me off and rolled their eyes like i was such a major inconvenience to talk to.... im sorry your machines you have me working aren't 100% tested before you put them out. All in all of the 9 McD my family goes to, we never seem to have this issue at the others. Just this one, so it has to be training and employees not thinking about the end product and experience.

Hi, this has to be hands down the best McDonalds in the city. The manager Wendy has the best attitude ever. Wendy, has a beautiful smile and super great attitude. The store was clean and the atmosphere was electric. Wendy and her team of fun employees had my food in my hands within a minute and it was hot and goooood!
