Horrible experience made us go all the way around for an extra item. We ordered $30 worth of ice cream and they made us go back through the line for just one additional…. Pathetic service. Managers nails were tackey. Just overall horrible experience. No napkins or anything.

The order screens didn't have add extra oreo as an option when we placed the order, so i had to label it special request. Additionally, they made the sundaes first, so by the time they made the flurries and got them to us, the sundaes were absolute soup. When asked what the special order request was and i was trying to explain, an extra oreo option wasn't available they cut me off and rolled their eyes like i was such a major inconvenience to talk to.... im sorry your machines you have me working aren't 100% tested before you put them out. All in all of the 9 McD my family goes to, we never seem to have this issue at the others. Just this one, so it has to be training and employees not thinking about the end product and experience.

Hi, this has to be hands down the best McDonalds in the city. The manager Wendy has the best attitude ever. Wendy, has a beautiful smile and super great attitude. The store was clean and the atmosphere was electric. Wendy and her team of fun employees had my food in my hands within a minute and it was hot and goooood!

The manager just let me stand at the counter for five minutes walking back-and-forth completely ignoring me. This was after she threw my bag at me and yelled my name.. then I asked her for catch-up and she says that you have to order that now, that they don’t give it to you when you order fries. Then proceeds to take two or three more minutes, looking for ketchup to fill the ketchup holder, even though there’s ketchup in the holder in her hand that she could just give me further delaying my order and my day.

McDonald's is always a good option but today it was a great option especially with hot fresh food and kind service!
I felt rushed but they were nice after I explained that the app takes long to load. The food went from hot to warm in seconds. It was an ok experience.

I came in with my fiancée and our four kids (one being autistic). I was ordering on the self serve thing and my son who’s 3 and autistic was playing with his car and rolling around on the floor. The manager I’m assuming. She is darker skinned and has color in her hair. Goes walking by with someone else’s food just loudly saying get you’re kid off the floor, who’s kid is this. I then told her he’s autistic and he’s fine. She said she “didn’t want him to get hurt”. He was literally fine. There was no one in here but us, two older ladies and a young dude on the fair side. We was almost about to leave and I spilled my sons drink by accident and told one of the works and I could hear her from the fry station literally saying I told her I just told her and that’s what she get gets for not listening and letting him all over the floor. It was rude, uncalled for and unprofessional. My son is 3 and he’s not the one who SPILLED THE DRINK.

Terrible experience I ordered a double dish filet made like a Big Mac and got a single filled with lettuce and onions. Manager very rude. I hate this McDonald’s. They terrible! They need to all go back to training!

They have some of the nicest workers at this McDonald's. Which is a nice change for Cincinnati. The people at the drive-thru are beyond friendly!
