I eat at a lot of McDonald's , and believe me when I say the hamburger was very salty. The french fries were barely done and cold. I asked the gentleman at the cash register for ketchup 3 different times. He handed me the bag without any. I had to honk my horn to get his attention away from his cell phone to hand me some.

Closed the drive thru down 15 min early, didn’t tell anyone. Was in line 40 minutes before close with only a few cars ahead of me on each side. Worst part is they didn’t even tell anyone. Had to get out of my car and walk up and talk to the person waiting at the monitor who confirmed no one said anything to them. Must have been 15 cars in the drive thru waiting. Deplorable. How hard is it to say “we’re closed?” Instead they turned off all the lights and just left everyone out there waiting, many who had been in line just as long or longer as us.

The hardest working person in here today (Sunday 18th) was the manager. No paper towels 1 star gone.
There must have been 12 people supposedly working. Yet there was trash all over the floor. 2 young men walked by it to fill the napkins. (Pic attached)
The food was OK.
The employees aren't working because we approve what we allow.

I went through the drive through at this location at 10 pm and after waiting for , I kid you not, like 25 minutes…. I asked for a bbq at the window and the guy immediately started talking mad trash about us and loudly cussing then some obese lady brought me one sauce and went on this stupid rant about charging for sauces. After I waited in your line?? Who do you think you are???!!! I will not be returning to this location.

We drove 13 miles to get here only to be told at the drive-thru they are only doing doordash. Why show that you're open and have people drive all the way out of their way only the not serve them??? The person wasn't even polite about it.
