Worst place I have ever been, they don't understand what was ordered.

Food was fresh and tasted great. Unfortunately, the female drive thru attendant taking orders was incredibly difficult to understand. The combination of her accent and the intercom system made ordering rather taxing. Once our order was placed, the rest of our visit was flawless.

Food is ok except they are out of honey sauce, no kids meal toys and if service counts as ordering your own well it's fine. Nasty bathroom no paper for my daughter, no paper towels, and men's just gross. Pictures show a play land and it does not have one. So yes this is a frustrated review.

Stopped at the McDonald’s on Fields Ertel Rd and had a great experience. The staff was very helpful and even when there was a small mistake with our order, they fixed it right away with a smile. We’ll definitely stop by again whenever we’re in the area!

Do not eat here the line is forever long, the mangers suck, especially the small general manager with funky hair. The thousands of minors they’ve hired actually do a better job than them. I’ve also seen the owner harass his customers several times and insulting them. Maybe if you treated your employees better they would actually do a better job and people would come here more often.

I haven't been to a McDonald's in forever ..Well first my order was wrong after I repeated several times I would like a #9.. My Cheese burger was luke warm and my French fries were cold..The diet coke was good ..So 10 dollars for a substandard meal..I guess there's a reason I quit going to McDonald's... Very Disappointing

It says on Saturday yall open until 1 it is currently 1120 there are 5 cars in the drive thru and the employees are saying closed
hate to be this person but i get so frustrated that im paying 25-50¢ for a sauce that i never receive. I feel like it’s always a hassle to actually recieve it.
