I usually have a really good experience here and people are usually very nice but one gentleman was very rude today. I think I was inconveniencing him for asking him for sauce packs and a cup. Everybody has their bad days but they were not busy he had no smile and was very condescending. This will make me reconsider coming here next time

went to get food and nobody was answering the speaker, i waited for five minutes, went to go get gas came back and waited another five minutes saying hello and nobody answered. I then proceeded to go to the window, where a girl was sitting there and she saw me and just went like this ??♀️. I then drove off, terrible service. they close at 11:00 keep in mind this was at 9.Parking: A good amount of parking

Had to park and wait quite a while for the food which wasn’t a huge problem until I drove off and got to my place only to find the order was not accurate. Suggest avoiding this location.

A must check bag before leaving place. Workers are normally rude in general. Even worse if you correct your order. Long waits for short lines. No ice cream ever. Just go to another McDonalds.
The food we ordered was cold and wasn't even made right on top of that. The people there aren't very friendly and could prolly care less about any of it and there all there to just get a paycheck. The atmosphere was very dirty and looked like the restroom ain't been cleaned in 2

I ordered a #1 ???? ~$8.39 with a ???? ????. Simple right?WRONG. My total (at the window) was $10+. The girl tried to upcharge me for a large soda. When challenged she said she "misunderstood me"… Bull. It was a 1 sentence order - no discussion.Then when I got to the pickup window another girl tried to give me a large drink - which I didn't want - and said it was a common "mistake" even though a #1 meal is a burger, large fries and a medium drink.And lastly the Big Mac had way too much Special Sauce on it.A cruddy experience delivered a crew who just didn't care.

I have never had an issue with this McDonald’s until today since I moved the mail Manager on December 23 got very aggressive and mean to me while my kids were in my car yelling at me arguing with me all because I was waiting for my food, and I was told the pool up at the guard rail I felt very threatened and very scared by that particular Manager I almost called the cops that is very unacceptable behavior especially coming from a manager I get that their nights are tough sometimes and it can get very busy, but there is no reason to be treating customers like that for no reason

The service and management here are some of the worst Ive ever seen in any place in my life. There is one employee who is often left completely alone in this store - and shes a sweetheart. Other than her, not a competent person works here. Sitting in the drive through for 10+ min with no response, 30 min long lines for maybe three cars, food often wrong, and HORRIBLE service. Its faster to drive 20 min to the nearest mcdonalds....
