Bad employee.. slow like hell
Stood inside waiting to order for like 10 minutes and no one came out. The back of the kitchen was completely empty (pictured), the mobile pickup kiosks were turned off so we couldn’t order there. Two employees were sitting out in the lot and watched us walk in, and the only other employee was sitting at the drive thru window on her phone…
Asked for a refund because my food took 20 minutes to get and I had to leave for work. The employee told me never to come back to the store because I wasn’t “respectful” about it. Didn’t get upset and only gave him the reasoning for my choice to refund. Not sure how this was disrespectful but I’ll be sure to avoid this place now
