Placed a mobile order for a shake, 2 cheeseburgers and fries. Sat in the drive thru line, gave them my order number, got my receipt from first window, pulled to the second window and little guy tells me they aren’t making shakes or McCafé drinks due to being short staffed, can he get me a sweet tea or something. I said I came for a shake not tea (tea is 1.00, shake is 3.79) then he has what appears to maybe be a manager come over and almost verbatim says the same thing, I said...read full review
