I came there at 3:40 AM and the woman told “our system is changing from lunch to breakfast will be ready at 4:15.” I wait and come thru at 4:17 and a man tells me “we aren’t open we will be open at 5. RIDICULOUS SERVICE!!!!! Needs some type of management help.

It takes forever to get through the drive thru and I have gotten soda two times now that were extremely diluted and not filled up all the way in the cup

Every time I try to come get something to eat in the A. M, they're closed, but they say they're 24 hours. I'm a third shift worker. I usually like to have they're breakfast before I get home but 90% of the time when I get here there either saying something's wrong with this system, or they won't even answer for them to take your order and it's getting frustrating

The worker rushed us through our order and did not let us finish our order until we pulled up to another order. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

Very newly renovated so very clean service is a bit slow but not exceptionally so. Had some regular customers that seem at odds with staff on some issues I took notice as I am now a frequent breakfast customer. Staff is outrageous at times younger management in morning is disrespectful.

Two all beef patties on a sesame seed bun turns out they are cutting back when they can and serving one all beef patty on a big mac SMH. It's elementary but not sure the one on the grill knows math.
