Popped in for a frappe, and wow! Whoever made the frappe there this afternoon really knows what they're doing! Best one I've ever had. Super rich and chocolatey. Yum!

I have been to this place 5 times in the past year and none of the times has it been opened, in spite of it saying it is open till one.
If you value your time, I would steer away from this particular Mcdonald’s

Today I stopped at this location and had a Be our guest card for a large French fry but the McDonald's manager refused to take it even through it for a free friescard it says McDonald's on it any McDonald's location I didn't have time to argue with the manager but if you are not going to honor your own company coupon then don't give it out lousy service.

What they completely lack in customer service at the drive thru, they do not* make up for in accuracy. Order is wrong probably 1 out of 3 visits. Not sure why I continue to return to this location.

I’ve meant to leave a good review for this place for years!! They’re the fastest McDonald’s around, and the staff are great. Finally felt inspired to leave a review today.. I parked to wait for two happy meals and rolled my son’s window down because he wanted to say thank you. The young lady who walked it out to us was sooo sweet with both my kids!! Wish I’d gotten her name to shout her out. Love this location, I live closer to the Amelia one but will always drive the extra few minutes, that’s how good the service is.
Burgers were juicy and made to order! Friendly customer service. Cool inside and clean

I usually go to the other one on beechmont but this one is a lot better. Foods always made nicer and served hot, and always fresh fry’s, and I’ve never seen them have a broken ice cream machine it’s always working.

I guess it's really hard to make a bacon quarter pounder with cheese. Because I had to have you all remake it and guess what still no bacon, lettuce, ketchup, mustard, onion for the second time.

Do not come to this location late at night unless you have about an hour to wait in line, even with an online order. They take their sweet time to answer the speaker, leaving people to sit and wait 10 minutes at a time. If it's a staffing issue, you need to hire more staff to help your poor crew out at night!! Yall CLEARLY make enough to pay people enough to want to work the late shift. Don't be cheap, hire people! Staff is nice and friendly. No issues there. But THEY NEED MORE PEOPLE! Big bosses, do your damn job!
