We ordered breakfast- McMuffins, coffees, and a smoothie- and wound up walking out after an HOUR, having been given only our drinks in that entire time. We watched several people who had come in well after us walk by with their food after a fairly short wait. My husband went to the counter and inquired, they said they were working on it. We waited some more. A lady brought out a coffee to us, which, we had already gotten all of our drinks, but I said again, hey, where is our food, we've been waiting for half an hour. She said let me go check. Came back and said our order was still 6th in line!? So we waited but by 45 minutes I had enough, I was getting shaky and not feeling great because I needed to eat, went to the counter, found another gent who had been waiting even longer, and I finally said what is going ON!? They'd switched to lunch and had a lineup of people stacking up by that point. My order number was nowhere on the screen, a lady came up and took my receipt back to "find out what the heck is going on back there" and by that time an entire *hour* had passed. Next thing I know the chick from before was asking me if I "sver got my food" I said NO that's why I am standing here! So she calls a manager up to start issuing refunds out, the counter got swarmed by everybody behind me and I said screw this, we paid via a gift card, this is totally NOT worth any more stress because at that point I JUST NEEDED TO EAT SOMETHING. We rarely go to McDonald's anyway, the only reason we went was we'd been given a gift card, so fortunately I am not out the $22 we spent, but we for certain will continue to not go to McDonald's, especially this one.

Ordered a quarter pounder and a double quarter pounder along with some kids meals. Both the quarter pounder and double quarter pounder were raw. When walking up to tell them what was wrong we were met with irritation and distain. Although the food was remade, not a single apology was given. Make sure you check your burgers before you drive away.

Food always comes out fast. Employees will smoke in the doorway with the lobby door open so the restaurant will fill with smoke. Sketchy motel surrounds the parking lot so don’t recommend going late at night.

2pm on a Sunday with 6 cars in drive thru and it took over 25 minutes to get out of the drive thru. You cannot exit the drive thru at all once you're in the line yet I waited 10 entire minutes AT THE SPEAKER before a real human answered. At least the fries are fresh? Everything else was old... Never coming to this location again.

But don’t put a sign up in the lobby to rate you high for a free meal if you can’t even provide the service and get people out the door in less than 10 min. We waited for our food for 45 min and then the girl walking by scoffed at me when I asked for the drinks that we didn’t get. DO BETTER FOR HIGH RATINGS.

Asked for a pumpkin spice latte and they gave me black coffee. They said they wouldn't remake it but eventually got them to do it. Gave me another black coffee.
We didn’t even receive all of the items that I purchased. Every time I have been to this McDonald’s the service has been terrible. I don’t recommend to anyone. They even tried to give my food another time to someone and give it to me after they touched the food.

I would hive no stars if I could.i ordered biscuits and gravy at tge drive thru and asked for the gravy to be on the side (it usually comes that way) because the last 2 times I ordered it was not. The cashier rudely told me it comes that way so I explained it has not been fir my last 2. The manager handed my food to me but made a point to take it out of the bag and show it to me and told me they don't make mistakes like that and slammed the window in my face. How about next time, you simply say "Yes, we can do that". I know everyone is short staffed but mo need to be rude. The rudeness is a common occurance at this location.

Got food from this establishment earlier this morning (around 6am) and they forgot the hasbrowns. Just got food from them again now around 4:40pm, the front cashier who took my husband and I's order was so rude and unenthusiastic she didn't even try to hide it. And when we told her the debit card chip didn't work, she proceeded to continue trying to use the chip and smacking her lips rudely. That whole service from the cashier only ruined my husband's and I's appetite. This is not ok.
