I never usually go inside of McDonald's to eat, but we decided to eat in today since both my daughter and I needed to use the restroom.
We had a very pleasant visit inside the mount Carmel McDonald's! Crystal and Kevin (mother and son) are the ones who served us and were more than accommodating and kind and the facility was clean and service was quick! Food was on point and they even were nice enough to make sure we got two different squish mellows to add to our collection!

The restaurant is great but the parking lot needs to be repaid full of potholes in the drive through and the entrance.

Hit drive thru for lunch. They have the 2 lanes, and I was 6th in line. You can't leave this drive thru based on the layout. I waited almost 20 minutes to order, and the person taking the order was not ready to do this. Once I picked up the order, the fries were hot but unsalted, and the bun for my sandwich was a little hard. I may consider passing this one by during a busy time of the day in the future
Can't remember how long ago I did the previous review, but it's been a while, and this has been my first visit since then. Wrnt thru drive thru at 12:30, which is busy lunch time, but I was able to order fairly quickly. I wanted to try the new McCrispy chicken strips. I ordered a 4pc with the meal. You see it advertised with a sauce to dip and crispy coating. The guy taking my pay was very pleasant. The manager giving me my order was not. My fries were not hot and not salted as normal. The drink was correct. The chicken was hot, and that was the only good thing. When I opened it up, the chicken coating was darker brown, nothing like the chicken sandwich. It was greasy, and the chicken had a lot of grissle. The coating wasn't fully cooked, or there was a lot of grease in it. Making things worse, and I wasn't asked about it, was the fact of no sauce to dip in. I was very disappointed and I couldn't eat the full meal.
I have the McDonald's app and frequent their locations, and I regularly leave mostly good or great reviews. This one deserves this rating. I won't be back to this location except for drinks in the future.

The older lady with a lip ring and a breast cancer pin on her hat/visor is and has been very unkind and impatient on several occasions. She consistently is rude and interrupts and if you don’t answer quick enough she changes which window shes taking orders from. 👎

I was standing in the restaurant for 45 minutes in that time I saw 3 employees standing outside smoking cigarettes so I finally get my food the fries were nasty the burger was wrong and they were both old and cold 0/10

Worst McDonald's I've ever encountered. Ants all over the beverage counter. Iced coffee was horrible even tho it took a while to get. my kid ordered extra mayo on his deluxe crispy chicken and they just put a big glob of mayo half on the edge of the sandwich, half on the box, but mostly on the box. the iced coffee was ewww, horrible
I understand that work was being done on the hood vents and the store needed to close early, however I arrived before that and half of my order was wrong and half of it was missing.

This place is a JOKE. I went through the drive-through around 10:30pm. At the speaker, I asked for a manager to take my order because when I ask for “cook to order” they never do it. When the manager came on the speaker, I explained to her that I wanted my food “cooked to order” and that’s why I asked for a manager to take my order. The first thing I did was give her a code for 20% off my food and proceeded to order 2 McChickens add tomato, a McDouble and a Frappe. When I got to the window to pay, my total only came down by $1.00, not 20%. The manager said there’s nothing she could do about it and to come back in the morning and speak to Mike, the general manager. I asked her to make sure my food was “cooked to order” and she basically said “it’s too late, you should’ve asked for that at the speaker, which I did. That was the whole reason I asked for a manager to take my order. I pulled up to the second window and within 10 seconds, another lady handed me my food. I said “there’s no way this was cooked to order, it takes 3-4 minutes to cook fresh food.” They took the bag back, after I already had it in my car. I’ve been sitting in their “drive-through reserved” spot for 15 minutes waiting on 3 sandwiches to come out. They did not honor my 20% coupon and said there was nothing they could do about it and to come back tomorrow to speak to Mike, the general manager.
This place is a complete joke. Will not return, except to get my refund.

Absolutely horror. The dining room was dirty floor unswept, tables unwiped. The staff understandable was short staffed but also short temper destroying property not giving out customers food in a timely fashion rude hostile. It was a uncomfortable and sad sight to see these people come undone like they did
