I ordered two happy meals and subbed out the apple slices for the fries. I opened the boxes and each had only one kids fry and no apple slices or extra fry. I went in to the mcdonald’s and the man at the front tried to tell me that mcdonald’s got rid of extra fries when subbing out apple slices and instead you only get the option of applies slices or fries. After talking with others they told me that they did not stop that and you can still sub it out. I really hate making a scene and making people go out of their way, but I am really frustrated that I was lied to and made to seem like I was in the wrong. I used to work at Mcdonald’s for years and I understand how people can be pricks to the workers there, so I never want to add onto that stress. Overall, I wish this location just makes sure the crew members understand the stuff a little better.

Absolutely terrible. Don't order from here!!.. literally don't do it! They are nothing but thieves..they gave (or sold) my food to someone ,..
They claimed it was the wrong Dasher even tho my Dasher texted me saying she could see my bag with my name on it and all they had to do was hand it to her. and then lied about it.. now I'm out 30 bucks and I didn't receive anything.. fire everybody

Rough part of town. Restrooms were not kept clean and employees were not very willing to help. Finally was able to get a gentleman to assist.
Would not visit again.
McDonald's food was not the problem however so if you are going through the drive thru, it would probably be fine.

Advertising fake price for breakfast sausage mcgriddle. It's on the value menu but I was told the value price wouldn't apply until July 14. There's no signage or plan to correct that false advertising, when I asked the person working the cash register they didn't care and did not allow me to change my order now that the price was notably higher. Not sure how advertising fake pricing is legal or ethical. Won't be returning

i was having a horrible morning & my card just kept declining. they ended up giving me my medium coke for free so that was nice even tho the coke was flat and not great. usually they have bomb fountain coke. still thankful 🙏🏼

My order was not right I spend 35dollar my fries was cold I ordered 4piece chicken strips I only got 2 and my daughter sandwich wasn't right I love McDonald's but they need to get they workers together get off the phone and pay attention to you guest and get people food right

Incredibly disrespectful staff at drive thru. I waited patiently in the outer lane while car after car was helped in the inner lane. After the fourth car I called out and asked if anyone was there and she disrespectfully told me “you can wait while I help other customers!” The tone was demeaning and disrespectful. I finally just left the restaurant. If you don’t want to do your job, then find another one. And if you’re running this store and you have no qualms about the way your staff addresses potential customers, let me and my organization be the ones to teach you a lesson on the importance of customer service. Small disrespect this morning, and I am going to enjoy making a mountain out of it. That’s what customer service should be.

Drive thru is too slow for delivery drivers. It has to has pick up window so people can pick up ready orders without waiting
