The lady at the drive thru window was rude she didn’t great me nor even say anything ,when she handed me my food she just closed the window, I called to make a complaint at the store and when the manager picked up I explained my experience she said sorry and have a good day and hung up, this place in unprofessional and they need held accountable I used to go here everyday now I just tried to come back once and this is the service I get . I won’t be eating here again and I hope this place gets shut down !!! If you have a problem with this restaurant just call corporate because the managers won’t do anything about it they will just get a attitude with you just like one of the employees, I’m not saying every manager there is bad but they need to be looking into who it is that’s running there shift this way . There’s a reason they are rated 3.4 stars.

Didn't get my order right even after repeating it to me. I always have yo unpack my meal before I leave because it will most likely be wrong. How hard is it to make a plan sandwich without cheese and condiments? For McDonald's it's nearly impossible.

Had a really awful week and a bad day and McDonald's 7142 Reading rd can’t even put a burger meat on my food. I threw $6 in the trash because I’m at work and can’t go back. I asked the too for the free fries and they told me I didn’t select it right on my phone so I couldn’t have the free fries. Y’all are awful I cried for about 10 mins because it was the sprinkles to my already shitty day
