They did our order wrong and continued to argue that, “I didn’t order that,” when in fact, I did. And my receipt shows it. We used to come here every week as a treat for our kids. The two young girls working in there tonight were disrespectful, rude, and we will not be back. They slammed the refrigerator doors over and over at me. I’ve never had this kind of experience anywhere! We are loyal customers turned into avoid at all costs! There’s boba elsewhere!

I was also there while Mike Melvin and his wife were there and I would like to say the young gentleman’s customer service was amazing! He is a great employee! I go often and he always seems to go above and beyond for his customers! Mike and his wife seem like some complainers and wanted this young gentleman to treat them like royalty. 10/10 service and 10/10 employees! Will definitely come back again!

This place is amazing. The guy in the green hat makes the best rolled ice cream Iv personally ever eaten. Honestly have no idea what Mike Melvin is talking about. My experience the young man is very attentive and helpful.

I had the rolled up ice cream, it was really good and fun to eat. The girl that worked there was really nice. My wife didn't like her custard pudding drink. The guy could have steered us better, had he been awake.

This is the second worst milk tea shop in the US I've tried and I just wish they revisit their business vision or dedicate their trade on sweetened drinks. Just leave milk tea out of it. I was expecting the Taiwanese style boba milk tea with fragrant strong aroma of tea. Their milk tea drinks are bland, thin, diluted, lacks the aromatic tea flavor and just plain unauthentic. I would never waste my money here again.

We love milk jar! They have a wide variety of teas. The rolled ice cream is always fun!

The place is super cozy, and the service was amazing—everyone was so friendly. The tea tasted incredible, and there are so many options to choose from, which made it even better. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area!

Employee working was friendly and attentive. Got the jasmine green milk tea half sugar and it’s still pretty sweet, so beware to anyone who doesn’t like super sweet drinks. If I go to chain again I will definitely be getting quarter sugar.
As an aside, regular tapioca pearls don’t come with the drink and must be bought as an add-on. Maybe that’s how Milk Jar does it but seems atypical compared to other bubble tea chains I’ve been to.

My drink was DELICIOUS (Thai tea with boba) and the employees were so incredibly sweet to me because it was my birthday (they saw my ‘birthday girl’ headband). They made me so happy and made the entire experience so great, I’ll definitely be back!! I wish I had asked for their names to shout out specifically, but if any sort of manager is reading this, the two girls who were working on July 29 at 5:15pm need raises or something, they’re amazing!!

My son picked up my order for me, and there was no Boba, and the drink is wrong. The order was correct (it says so on the label) The Crestview Hills location was fantastic when you first opened, but consistently my drink is wrong and no one makes it right. The last time the gal said it was right (it was sweet milk, no tea) she argued with me and then the girl who made it said she couldn't read her handwriting and made it wrong. No apologies or anything, just eye rolls. This time it was missing the boba and had a splash of tea. For $6+ and they expect a tip, you would think they'd get your order right. It's a "house drink" nothing special. This is a Boba tea shop right? 😐
