I got the Oolong milk tea. It was delicious and the cups they come in are high quality. They have so many different and unique options to choose from that you wouldn’t necessarily find at other places offering milk tea. The rolled ice cream is good. It would be cool if they offered baked goods or other snacks for those who want something to eat with their drinks.

My experience at Milk Jar was wonderful. The lady who was working there provided amazing customer service. She was kind and made my boba and ice cream well. She even
recommended that I try the Thai milk tea, which I was pleased with. However, a customer came in with her kids and was rude. She spoke over the young lady, and was disrespectful, and cursed at her. Despite this, the employee handled the situation professionally.

As my husband and I walked in, it was dead empty for a Sunday. The misses at front did not look like she wanted to be here and was serious. I asked a couple of questions on the drinks and how they tasted as I wanted to make sure I got a good drink to try here. The lady was not helpful and did not suggest or said much. We paid for the drink, did not receive a receipt. Once we tried our drinks out, mine was not as sweet for 75% sweetness as I had hoped for (mango green tea) and...
