Not sure what happened to this NYPD but the Hoagies are no longer top notch. They actually taste awful. The last two I have ordered have had a freezer burnt taste that is not pleasing in anyway. The hoagie buns seem to have changed as well. Just overall not tasty any longer.

I got a traditional crust pizza with ham and bacon and the nightsticks. Ordered online, food was ready when I got there, staff was friendly. Garlic and pizza sauce were both quite good, the pizza and nightsticks are decent.

Very pleased with our order tonight. Got some thin crust pizzas and the family size cookie. The pizza was fresh, the toppings were arranged nicely, and it tasted great. The cookie could have been baked slightly less but was very good. Was a good value too! We will order again.

I ordered 2 night sticks with x cheese hot wings and a pepperoni and sausage pizza the only thing that was correct was the pizza…the wings had No Sauce just dry and the night sticks had no extra cheese! I call and spoke with the manager, and instead of him just apologizing and crediting me for the items that was wrong, he got Smart saying well if you still have it we can swap it out! Like DUDE I spent almost 40 dollars and I can’t get a freaking credit? It’s 11am that food was ordered at 9:36 y’all closed at 10 I will NEVER ORDER DIRECTLY FROM THEM JUST RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE!!

We had NYPD pizza for a late night snack at our wedding reception, and they were absolutely amazing to work with. They delivered right on time and the pizza was a hit. The manager, Kevin, was super helpful with placing our order and was very communicative. We couldn’t recommend a better restaurant for a large group order.

I placed an order for delivery and it took a while for it to come. I called to see what was going on and got put on hold TWICE while a young lady laughed. Called from another phone and it seems as if they turned the phone off. Then once I received the pizza, it was COLD and NASTY. I’ve never experienced this type of service in my life. Black History Month just ended yesterday and this is the type of treatment us black people are already receiving. I wouldn’t dare have my granny place an order here. If you don’t wanna work just say that. Thought I was going to enjoy my evening with some good pizza but instead I got traumatized and disappointed. Unbelievable.
