If I can't get my food hot and made right, I can't recommend the place. Really wanted to like this place until I had multiple orders made incorrectly, cold pizza and was overcharged for add on items.

Can't believe this cause LOVE this place. 1. I Call an give my address an I'm hung up on. 2. I call back get a different person give my address an am transfered back to the same guy who just hung up on me to be told I've never ordered from my phone so I can't order unless I use a card.i felt very discriminated against (possible because of the area I live in) I can't say why exactly but it felt funny an I'm not the guy to normally pay this type thing any attention but All I wanted was 15 n.y.p.d wings a cheese pizza an some garlic bread with cheese I had a taste for nothing more an usually I go get it but tonight I couldn't. An I understand the possible need for this but if felt so....well I won't cause again I was so disappointed but I love this place an it's owners!

Pleasant experience in placing the order over the phone. Felt like everything was heard that I requested. Got to the restaurant order was being placed on the shelf which was a good impression because I felt like I was a little late for my order time. Tasted the wings upon leaving as the reviews is what made me order and I can’t say I’m disappointed but can also say it isn’t everything I was hoping it would be but I’m also very picky about my chicken. A lot of sauce was used on the wings so next time I’ll probably request sauce on the side. Overall pleasant experience for first time with customer service. Not sure I’ll order the wings again. - Picky wing person!

Bad attitude, when I'm the customer. Items missing on the pizza, not made as requested, would not remake or give credit. Suggested I order pizza elsewhere. That's a great business ethic ! Offered $2 off on my next order, bullsh_t. Burned crust, all you can eat!

I ordered from Door Dash first time ever. My door dasher picked my $50 order up and then canceled the order and “fed his family”. Door dash refunded me but the owner is having to fight for a refund, he will get it but my first experience with door dash will be my last. They were not very apologetic and didn’t seem to be surprised at this behavior from a driver.
I called the store and wanted them to make the order again and said I’ll pay for it as I will get a refund. The manager was so kind and took care of us. I insisted on paying again for the full order and he would not accept full payment and only wanted a partial payment.
The kindness of the store goes beyond what they had to do since currently they are shorted out of the food and it’s not payed for.
I will be back for their delicious crispy crust pizza and my daughter had her first hoagie and loved it! Thanks NYPD!!! Thanks for making right what you didn’t have to do for Door Dash. Door Dash do better and make sure that driver is fired.
We have only been here twice, have had their pizza, calzones, and a hoagie. So far, it's all been good, and I have not been disappointed.

Everything I've ever ordered from NYPD has been excellent, whether it was from Cheviot or Delhi where I get it from now. Their grilled chicken hoagies are mouth watering good and the wings are as good as any if not better than any other around town, we're lucky to have a rock solid pizza parlor like NYPD in our town.
