Ninja Grill Hibachi Express

Usually I really enjoy this place and I have never had an issue until today. I went for lunch and got the baby squid with lo mein. I get this every time and it is not an issue. Today, when I began eating my lunch, there were pieces of plastic inside my food! Attached is a picture of the plastic (it is at my desk at work because I ate it at work). There was another larger piece, but I spit it directly into the garbage can so unfortunately, I cannot show you a picture of that. The pieces of plastic were only found in the pieces of squid. I am not sure what is going on because I usually have a great experience dining here. Hopefully, this issue can be resolved so I can continue to give this establishment my business. I am still going to eat the rest of my lunch, but I will have to be careful to avoid the plastic going forward. Taste is 10/10, service is 10/10, but the plastic is a 0/10. Thanks!

Really great meal at Kenwood Mall. I watched them clean the grill before cooking and remove ingredients from refrigeration. No indigestion later.

Ordered online. Picked it up and the girl at the counter shoved it in my face and didn’t say thanks or anything. Got home and order was wrong. The food that was right wasn’t good. Reached out to fix the incorrect dishes but no one replied to my emails. Worst service and food in the area without question.

Absolutely revolting food - the most dry food I've ever been served. Wouldn't even feed this to a dog.

Brought the Chicken Hibachi and it was not fresh!! The chicken was dry and old the rice was hard and old and the meal gave me diarrhea and made me sick on the stomach!! That will be my last time eating at Ninja Grill!!!

I got the shrimp fried rice with 5 vegetables and it was horrible tasted like it was leftover food from last week ,the shrimp was rubber and old...??

They give you the wrong request to what you ordered and are very disrespectful when it comes to customer

Been here a few times and their food is always great, the guy working the register is really nice and fast. Probably the best hibachi for a good while.

Came here with some time to spare while we were in town. Great food and was quick to get out to us. The portions were huge and the food tasted great!

Very good! Freshly prepared, and the grilled shrimp and veggies were delicious. Really pleasantly surprised.
