OMG! I am so glad there is an authentic hot pot restaurant in town. Ordering is different. Choose the broth, then all the "toppings"and noodles. The hot pot is brought to your table and set on the burner and brought up to a medium simmer. All the fresh/raw "toppings" are brought out on individual plates and bowls. You add them in as you like. Definitly stop by the condiment bar and set up your dip. The bone broth is so satisfying. The cow fat broth is so spicy...
LIFETIME WISH!I've been hunting for a place to eat hot pot and gosh am I happy I came here!So many options available.The vegetables and proteins were so fresh.The gentleman that seemed to run the place was so friendly and helped us so much!I CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK!Price was what I expected: two people, two broths, two proteins and a ton of veggies was about 80 dollars. WELL WORTH IT IN MY OPINION!
We went here to celebrate my step daughter's birthday and this is where she wanted to go. I am more traditional, but the waiter (owner, I assume) was wonderful and very excited to tell us about how to enjoy the hot pot meal.
