Our food was pretty good but the amout of food served for the price wasn't the best. We felt over a little over looked sitting in the booth in the bar area. We still left a generous tip. Happy New Year!

This used to be one of my favorite places to eat. It was so cold in the restaurant my feet were freezing. The food was awful. My husband ordered a steak and it looked like it was boiled. My chicken fingers were cold and the broccoli was so hard like it had not been steamed. The ribs were dry dry dry. My last time here for sure

First tine at this location and it was a huge disappointment. My Granddaughter got the chicken tender and fries kids meal. We got the chicken tender dinner. My adult meal had the same amount of chicken as the kids meal. The tenders were very small or very thin and long. The thin long ones were very dry and over cooked. The small ones were not battered near as well as other locations. In fact, about a quarter of the breeding had fallen off. No one seemed friendly there. One lady, who appeared to be the manager was TALKING EXTREMELY LOUD to the point of it being annoying. There was a bad sewage odor from near the restrooms. Now I know why this location wasn’t busy. Its bad! Really bad.

Amber and Luke made it so that I could go home to my family for Christmas Eve, no exaggeration. At night, I somehow got a flat tire, and was able to pull over in the parking lot. I went inside to let them know I may have to have someone drive from pretty far to help me out and that that’s why the car was sitting there, but Amber immediately offered to help out because she had the tools in her car. Mind you, it is 13° outside. Fast forward half an hour, and I have my spare tire on, Amber, taking lead with Luke at her side, and me learning along the way, thankfully following directions. All the while their tables were happy, the team inside was also helping them out. I’m now able to make it home, just a little bit slower than before. I’ve always liked the restaurant, but the service went above and beyond and I’m overwhelmingly grateful…they have people with hearts of gold on their team.

We have been eating at the Mason Ohio location for several years and it has always been our go to with great food and great service. It's been a few months since we were there last, and decided to eat dinner there this evening. The building was not even half full, and for some reason there was no silverware available. We had rolls, but couldn't get a knife to put butter on them. I tracked down a young lady who told me there was a huge rush of people earlier and they didn't have any silverware wrapped in napkins to give out. I can't even believe there was a big rush of people considering we were there on a Saturday evening for dinner and the place was not crowded at all.We placed our order which included an appetizer, Cheese wedges. The young lady brought my wife her salad that she couldn't get a fork to eat it. She told us the silverware needed to be rolled in napkins first. My wife replied that she didn't care if it was wrapped or not. Just please bring her some silverware. I received a bowl of potato soup that I had ordered. Apparently, they have changed the soup. It was watery, no cheese in it, or chives like it used to have, and the bowl was significantly smaller than it used to be. The rest of our food showed up shortly after. I ordered the chicken tenders dinner as I always do. The portion size was ridiculously small compared to what it used to be. I got three small tenders and a couple of nugget sized chunks of chicken. I think I could have ordered a kids tender meal at A fast food restaurant and got the same amount of chicken. The icing on the cake for us was the clueless lady who walked out of the kitchen with our cold cheese wedge appetizer that we never received, and she asked our server, who forgot all about them, if he still needed it? So we got to eat our appetizer, but afterwards rather than before dinner. We did not complain to anyone that worked there. We overheard a lady at another table complaining to her server about the silverware situation and another server was engaged in a conversation with an unhappy customer seated near the bar where she apologized repeatedly for the conditions. I felt my two cents to an employee wouldn't have solved a thing. It was obvious that even though the restaurant wasn't at all crowded that there wasn't enough staff to properly serve everyone. The server we had seemed like he was maybe too busy to remember our order, so we didn't complain. The place needs to be properly staffed, and portion size and food quality needs to go back to what it was. We will not be going back anytime soon.

I am about done with Ocharley’s the rolls have really gone down hill. They used to be light and fluffy and delicious. What we got today was of bread. And we’re ordered 2 tender meals with fries and a cup of loaded potato soup. The soup was watery and no flavor ( not like it used to taste, cheesy and delicious) we each got about 10 fries and the smallest 4 chicken tenders I’ve.ever had . Such and disappointment. And the waitress was so matter of fact, not very friendly at all. I will seriously have to be starving to ever go in there again. This was about 15 minutes after they opened. I expected so much more from this establishment. Do better OCharley’s

Was there for veterans day meal. Husband ordered a steak, medium well. It came out raw. Server said they run it through a 'machine'. We told him we would not send back in this case. We'll take it home and cook it.Server was friendly and personable. That wasn't the problem. Food was not good.

We went tonight 10/25/22 after a Halloween event to have a family dinner. Myself, Husband and 2 children ages 13 & 11. We walked in & were seated quickly. After being seated however.. no one came to help us. We sat for 20 mins, several staff members assisting tables around us however not even stopping to tell us they were busy, short staffed, they would be with us in a min.. nothing! We finally after being passed several more times just got up left our menus and silverware on the table and left. Like a real live diner dash episode! We came to the frisches across the street and received Amazing 5 star service!

We got to the restaurant around 2-215ish 10/25/22. We were seated quickly and our order was taken quickly which was nice. First thing is they brought out rolls that were hot but hard as if they had been left under a heat lamp. When they brought out my food (honey drizzled fried chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli) the broccoli looked old and mushy and had a weird taste and the chicken was super hard and tasted sour, but I didn't think anything of it because since COVID nothing is the same in restaurants to be honest. I ordered a apple cobbler to go. When we got home I took out the cobbler and it literally says use by 10/15/22. That's 10 days ago! I tried to heat it up but the texture and smell is so awful. It honestly makes me wonder if our whole meal was nothing but expired food. I work in a restaurant and this really upsets me that you would give your customers expired food like that.

I ordered through DoorDash. I ordered a combo meal and they only sent one of the main items. They did put a piece of bacon in the box that was supposed to be on the chicken they didn’t send. The menu stated the kids mini corn dogs came with six apiece but they sent four in both orders. It was a very disappointing order.

Pulled in hoping to catch a sit down meal since my schedule has me eating mostly on the Go...walked in straight to the bar and grabbed a seat. Ordered the Fish & Chips. Rolls weren't ready but they brought some out as soon as they came out of the oven. I gave 4 stars for the food because the rolls were tough and the breading on the fish was thick. It was crispy but there was a lot caked on and eneded up peeling some off the fish. Over all not bad. Service was good...no complaints.

One star is being generous at this point. The bartender is also our server and not only can she not make a drink she doesn't pre bus tables, refill drinks, or check in after dropping off the food to ensure there are no issues. We most definitely will not visit this location again at any point in the future.

Ordered through door dash. A $20 salad...where is the salad. Lettuce doesn't even cover the bottom of container..They are reckless for this. And requested Bleu cheese dressing, gave me vinaigrette. Never again!

O’Charlies use to be a great place to eat but the last two times I’ve eaten there it’s not been good. They changed their potato soup so it’s not good anymore. The rolls were horrible, even the waitress made that statement when she brought them out. I’ll never go back there.

This facility is not equipped to handle a party of 11. They had to break us up into 2 groups, which meant we all were not enjoying dinner together. Our food was fine, but not eating together was a bummer
