Visited this afternoon. Great service from our server (Lainey) 5 stars for food and service. Great job!

If I could eat nothing but Olive Garden breadsticks for the rest of my life, I don't know if it would be a nutritionally enriching experience but it sure would be a good one

A random lady gave me a Bible and I got a couple together

We went to celebrate my husbands birthday . We ordered, mozzeralla sticks, and 5 cheese ziti pasta. a
Salad was god but felt like they havent chopping salads much lettuce leaves were too big for bite size fork.
Bread sticks were flavourless and felt like hard cokked dough.
Mozzeralla sticks cheese was stale.
Pasta was also flavourless.
In all their quality have really gone down.
No I won't suggest anyone to visit ever again.

Olive Garden, Northgate
1- I was at a table with dishes that were promptly removed, but table never wiped.
2- Salad plate had dressing on it already.
3- Salad had no croutons.
4- Appetizer, Shrimp Fritto Misto was perfect.
5- Asked twice for a straw.
6- Entree was mis-prepared.
7- Never offered a refill, had to wave to a different server.
8- Eggplant Parmigiana was very oily. I always get this so I know.
9- Ordered dessert to go and asked for a leftover box, was not offered a bag.
10- Paid cash, said the change was tip (20%) and the server never returned with a receipt.

Terrible host. Didn't get seated at all. Had to go elsewhere.

Food was very good, waitress was excellent!

Dietary restrictions: They have some gluten free options.

Wheelchair accessibility: I was able to get in and out with ease and help from the staff. Ramp and parking right at the door.

Olive Garden is undeniably more Olive Garden than ever as of now. It is a shame how the quality of the food fell off, as it used to be one of my favorite restaurant chains. I ordered the Tour of Italy sampler meal. The lasagna was undercooked, and the cheese had a gross, processed taste, as well as an unpleasant texture. The chicken tasted kind of good at first only because of the processed yet seasoned crust it had, yet the aftertaste was still no better than the other ultra-processed chickens of modern day. My friend also ordered a steak and requested that it be extremely well-done (no red at all) and they served her a steak more red than a firetruck on the inside. At least our waiter told the cooks and they served her a new steak on a separate plate, but the rest of the meal had already been contaminated by then. I would rather waste my time at McDonald's than come here, as they would have more reliable service and better-tasting food.

Service was not attentive, forgot our table...that I had to call the server, who was very polite and friendly, but missed the attention.

I came to Olive garden Mason first time with family. We had ordered two plates for kids. but there was no complimentary bread/soups which I had heard off. I enquired about that and she said, you need to order the Salad and then only you get it. I was shocked.

Took a party of 12 there and called several hours ahead of time. They didn't have all the ingredients for our food and didn't tell us until serving the food. I complained saying I would have ordered something different had I known and the manager argued with me. Now I remember why I haven't been to olive garden in years and I will never go back. Servers were nice but I feel sorry for them because they work for morons.

We are regular customer of Olive Garden in Fields Ertel branch. We experienced very bad experience with Olive Garden on service recently. Looks like they are imposing certain guidelines on customer on what to eat. Really not expected of them being the chain of well known restaurant like Olive Garden.
I am not sure of continuing with Olive Garden and would suggest our friends too not to try with this branch
