I walked in to get soup at the request of my sick kid and was told they were more than an hour behind, despite there being idle staff and no one in line. I asked if that meant they went as orders are received, even from delivery apps, and she confirmed.I could see queuing orders that require cooking, but why would ladling premade soup for a customer standing in the store have to wait when there are cashiers with no customers at the counter?I’ve hated this chain since they first put in screen ordering - terrible customer service. Won’t go back to any location.

Poor management, poor staffing and slow service ?. It took almost 30 mins just to get a coffee and a sandwich and there were no lines.It would be awesome if they had a drive through.

My 1st time to this location, so I hope this was a bad day for Panera peeps but I stood at the counter for what seemed a lifetime while staff walked past me. A simple acknowledgement would've sufficed but Nothing...finally, one of the guys asked me of I'd been helped...

I travel to many Panera's as I work 5 states. I showed up at this one 30 minutes prior to close. The manager had instructed the staff to put away or throw out the soup at 20 minutes to close. They handed me my order without the soup and said nothing about it missing. I asked and the staff about the missing item and told me they no longer had anymore. I had them substitute a side salad. The manager then started shouting at the top of his lungs closing in 15 minutes and did this every 5 minutes until close while I waited for the order to finish. When the manager is acting immature then who would one talk too? This one is just a place to skip.

I was shocked at how downhill this place has gone. The baked good display area was messy and general appearance of the checkout area is not clean. I was going to let it slide until I smelled a strong odor of cigarette smoke. I mentioned it to a worker who shrugged it off and said something I didn't really understand along the lines of it blows in from outside and she pointed to the back kitchen area. Bummer.

Never, never, never. Order delivery. I have ordered 6 times and each time they get it wrong. I asked that they call me when they arrive. They never do. I try and call them but they hang up on me. I work at a school and have to walk around the school to look for my food. I call for a refund and it will take 7 to 10 business day. !?!?!?!

We were traveling in a long drive home and stopped here for breakfast as we normally love Panera. This was ot one of their good locations. There was one woman in line in front of us. She was the only other customer besides us. Once she ordered and walked away the cashier never once acknowledged us. Not a hello. Not a I'll be right with you. He stood 2 feet from us and never took our order.They were out of all bagels except the cinnamon and blueberry. The woman before us had ordered and paid for 4 of the Asiago and they were out and the two employees spent 10 mins discussing what to do. They eventually told her and she said she would take the blueberry.At this point we thought we would finally get to order. Nope. He just continued to stand a couple feet away never saying a word to us, so we finally gave up and left and went to another location a couple miles down the road

The bathroom is absolutely feral. There was a literal caked on poop smudge on the toilet seat and the bathroom reeked of urine. There is hair and other nasty things everywhere in the bathroom and also in the dining area. There are crumbs all over the seats and tables as if someone didn't use a plate. They need to badly vacuum the floor, I think I could get a full meal if I collected the crumbs and particles. The service is so incredibly slow, you may as well just go ahead and celebrate your next birthday. There is also a high pitch squealing coming from a machine in the back, probably from a rusty panini maker or something. The food is subpar for the insane price that you pay, my salad also was drenched in oil. Panera peaked in 2012 and has never been the same since. Unless you can travel back to 2012, spend your money elsewhere.

Let me start it like this: I love Panera. I love a good broccoli cheddar Mac and cheese.I have been to this location twice, and both times my food was warm at best, the staff were wicked slow, and they pretended not to see me or even give a “I’m sorry we will be right with you.” The feel/vibe of the location just sucks the life out of you.

Great staff always very nice and helpful. The food is over priced but very good! The seem to run low on products but other than that this place is fantastic.

This is a fairly small location, so it is especially evident when they are operating at the speed of a snail because there is not even room for the twenty people waiting for food, blocking the drink station. Tables weren't cleaned. Service was extraordinarily slow, which was odd because they were well staffed. After standing there for probably 25 minutes the food was served to the counter. The full sized salad was in a half sized bowl. They assured me it was the full sized amount, which was physically impossible in a bowl this size. Then I told them to disregard because I wasn't interested in waiting another 25 minutes. No apologies were given. Upon picking up the bowl of Mac n cheese, I poked the top and it was frozen. Waiting 25 minutes for frozen Mac n cheese seems insane. Again no apologies even from the manager, who microwaved it and have it back. Again, no apologies or offers to make things right. Man, at least throw in a cookie or something. Leaving a customer like that results in a review like this. We won't be back. Ever.

Order off their website and order a Strawberry Chicken Poppyseed salad and a bowel of chicken noodle soup. The salad had no chicken on it, the strawberries were slimy, they didn't include the dressing, AND the soup was nothing but chicken broth!! Hadn't eaten Panera for quite awhile due to some past disappointments but thought I would give it another try but obviously that was a huge mistake!! NEVER AGAIN!
