Sadly disappointed. Have always loved Panera. Never had an issue before. Used app & only had 1 drink when picked up order. Could not get anyone's attention. They were all (3 or 4) standing on other end in prepping area chit chatting (a bit loudly). But I was visible at counter. And 1 guy walked past me more than once while I was standing at counter & would not make eye contact.
Understanding i canme during lunch rush, but the person taking my order was slow on doing things. Very quite in a loud place and didnt ask me if i wanted chips or bread just gave me bread and made me a togo order when i was staying. Food was good.
Member of the sip club and stop at Panaras locally and in other states, is always a pleasure to enter the Kenwood location and be greeted by Karen, she is a lovely lady and an asset to this location, thank you Karen from your Mercedes Friend Rick!
