This filthy place has closed for good. How does a company like Panera allow a restaurant get this awful.

This place has finally closed , no surprises. It was filthy dirty , you would need to get me a hazmat suit to eat there . But finally I'm guessing corporate realized that you only went there if you were starving to death and closed it up . Very sad as I love Panera.

Ordered a half of an almond chicken sandwich. I was curious why there was like five layers of lettuce. The reason was that the chicken salad was the thickness of the spread of mayo. Virtually no chicken salad. No taste. No nothing. Cleanliness seems to be an afterthought at this location. I won't be back.

With their acquisition from a German company in 2017, JAB Holdings, Panera quality has continued to decline. I keep holding out hope each time I revisit, including this store on Montgomery Rd. in Montgomery that somehow this once great wholesome lunch cuisine will improve. However another lunch, another disappointment. The French onion soup was so bland I added 3 packs of salt and two pepper. The chicken salad tasteless as well, all measly two teaspoons full of it, was put on a full sandwich-maybe they thought I asked for a just a bread sandwich? The black unsweet tea continues to be weak and less tasty than a flavored water-adding 3/4 of lemonade and two Splenda made it somewhat palatable. The only good news here is that the employees were better than the last demon here that left due to health issues. However his customer cruelty started LONG before the issues. Pretty sure this will be the last "hopeful" trip to Panera as I think it's more like HOPELESS.

Ordered over the phone and the staff claims that I never ordered from them. I have proof of it in my caller ID. Customers, dont order over the phone - you will be scammed. I was not refunded and had to wait for my meal to be remade. Unbelievable

Stopped by to get a grain bowl. Their hours say open until 9 PM. It was 7:52 and the door was locked and a sign on the door said now closing at 8 pm. I called and the manager told me, for safety reasons they have to close 10 minutes early. This location has been going downhill for some time. Restrooms are horrible, tables all seem to be dirty, staff disinterested in clients. That was my last trip there and I didn't even get any food.
I stopped in at the location on Montgomery rd in Cincinnati to pickup lunch for a birthday meal for my sister. I spent forty plus dollars and gave a tip, I got dry service and a rotten apple !!! I called to speak to a manager, but no one answered the phone.

Several staff members just walking around, while the line is out the front door, took 20 mins waiting in line before order was taken, took another 15 mins for the food to be made. The manager is just walking around with a clipboard, no sense of urgency.

The food is excellent and service was fast to keep the line moving during lunch. The salads are large enough for a meal.

The food was good. The staff were nice. I just didn't like the set up of the restaurant. Not the normal take a seat, look at menu, give order to the waitress and they deliver the food. Luckily the food was good but probably will be quite a while before returning.
