Parking: The store is located at a busy intersection, next to the gas station, so it can be difficult to drive into the lot and/or out of the lot.“

“Sometimes the pizza here is mediocre , so I haven’t ordered in awhile, but today, June 7, 2025, at 3:00 pm, cheers to the team working because it was the best Papa John’s I have ever had! All our pizzas were done so perfectly and it was soooooo yummy!! I don’t know who you all are, but I want you to make my pizza all the time! And also thank you for being so friendly when I picked my pizza up! Thank you!! I will be ordering again! Maybe you can train the others!! 😁“

“I honestly regret not asking for her name but the manager that is on staff most evenings. She is honestly running one of the tightest shifts I’ve seen. I DoorDash around 400-500 deliveries a month and this lady is def one of these leaders I’ve seen while working. I wasn’t her customer since I was delivering but this lady needs more than a raise. GIVE HER A PROMOTION!“

“My order was just right. I ordered a make your own pizza with cheese stuffed crust, and the twix dessert. While I appreciate Jennie calling to let me know they cannot deliver to my area after dark (Clovernook in Mt Healthy), I was hoping to have the tip I had prepaid to be refunded. Will I order again, probably. At least I know now to go and just pick it up.Have a great day everyone.“

“The staff were polite and seemed to enjoy being there, a sign of a good workplace ?. The food was hot, fresh and quite frankly better than I expected. As a fat man who loves pizza I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely recommend the Super Hawaiian ?.“

“We are visiting from Georgia and we’re so pleased to have this Papa John’s nearby! The pizza dough was not greasy!! It was actually fresh tasting pizza! We lucked out with this location! We were nervous to see what the store was like but it was very clean and the staff was very friendly right when we walked! Clean, friendly , and great tasting!“

“Doritos Cool Ranch Papadia was on the menu for dinner. Wings and a medium pizza part of the $6.99 deal rounded out the meal. The papadia was good, not great, I didn't get a real ranch dori to taste from it. Had plenty of ranch powder flavoring but not the taste. Overall its good. Worth trying. Comes with a dorito dipping sauce. Service from the Kenwood location was good.“

“Order by app, and everything was completed correctly, and as promised in the time stated, it would be ready for pick up.
The team member was very nice, and the interior was spotless.
Toppings were even placed to accommodate the request for the square cuts!!!“

“They have lots of different kinds of food that is simply amazing. The pizza is absolutely superb. I have gotten many kinds of pizza from them and they have all been amazing. I've also gotten a few different kinds of incredibly good Hoagies. The steak Hoagie with pizza sauce is absolutely amazing. The chicken wings are really good as well. There's not much to say about the restaurant since you can't eat in. It looks decent to me. I definitely recommend you trying some of their amazing food.“

“Driver didn't know which address is since we have 2 apartment towers with same na,e that has 2 different address which is a good thing my coworker made sure the pizza for me at the security booth otherwise the pizza would've been stolen by the tenants in the bldg from the delivery driver not knowing on what they are doing.“

“I had my first Papa John's experience today at the Cincinnati Monfort Heights location it was amazing pizza I had 1 pepperoni and 1 sausage pizza the manager made the pepperoni and a worker made the sausage a little contest between the two so which one made the better pizza they were equally amazing 5 stars to both of them the restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was very inviting I will 100% revisit this location again in the very near future I'm a fan of Papa John's Pizza.“

“I won a $25,gift card from radio 100.3 Cincy R&B. I was able to get a delectable medium pizza AND delicious flavorful chicken wings. Service was fantastic and quick. I had not frequented Papa Johns BUT I definitely will be returning and spending my own money...well worth it !“

“The Shaqironi (sp) pizza is very good. Cut in large slices with plenty of pepperoni on thin crust dough. It is my favorite pizza l have eaten at Papa Jonhs so far. I still have more to try. Yum, yum! ?

Parking: Parking is free in a public and large plaza parking lot.“

“When I called my order in. The gentleman that answered was very nice to me. He explained that he was shorthanded and it would take an hour. I explained that I had just had surgery a few days ago and that would be fine. I order my food. The gentleman that delivered my food was so nice. It was delivered in under the 1 hours time. Hot and Delicious. Thank you so much.
