“we really like the team here. They are always polite, happy and generally a good group of people. when i walk in i’ve heard them all checking on eachother and making it a good place to be. Pizzas are good. They’ve got our order wrong before which isn’t a big deal, the immediately corrected it and it wasn’t a problem. always appreciate a place that if they make a mistake, correct it. That says a lot! great job :)“

“I honestly regret not asking for her name but the manager that is on staff most evenings. She is honestly running one of the tightest shifts I’ve seen. I DoorDash around 400-500 deliveries a month and this lady is def one of these leaders I’ve seen while working. I wasn’t her customer since I was delivering but this lady needs more than a raise. GIVE HER A PROMOTION!“
“My order was just right. I ordered a make your own pizza with cheese stuffed crust, and the twix dessert. While I appreciate Jennie calling to let me know they cannot deliver to my area after dark (Clovernook in Mt Healthy), I was hoping to have the tip I had prepaid to be refunded. “OUTSTANDING!!! I was picking up a doordash order here Christmas evening. The staff was buried in orders and kept their composure under stress. They worked together calmly under unbelievable pressure and a lobby packed to the hilt with customers and dashers staring at them.
The manager was highly efficient and multitasking so well he made it look easy! Never lost his cool or manners and maintained professionalism. Kept me informed about my customers order wait and delays so I could inform my customer. I got a great tip. Thank you!! Your team here is amazing enough to make me want to apply here lol.“
“The cinnamon pull dessert is not recommended!! It tastes like rock so hard no flavor we only have one byte and give up!! But Highly recommend Sara and Rachel they both are beyond above customer Service!! they handle my problem like a champ!! Thanks again!! Will definitely be back!!“
“Ordered pizza and papadis tonight while we're staying out of town on a vacation weekend. Never thought I'd have to say the food was too hot to eat when it arrived, but it was so fresh and hot bout took myself out on a piece of cheese. Best problem to have if you ask me! 10/10 next time we stay out of town will eat here again.“
“I love Papa John's food. The only thing I wish they add when placing online orders is that when you order hoagies, they have an option to add extra sauce. They have that for pizza, but not the hoagies. I always have to call the store directly for them to add extra sauce to my hoagie. I used to never had to worry about the sauce on their hoagies, but for the past couple years, they've gotten stingy.“

First time here the manager I assume (pale robust male) was pretty rude.
Every other time I have picked up here (several times a week) the staff even busy and understaffed have been so polite and sweet. Last night sept. 18 I came 2-3 times to pick up doordash orders. The same young man waited on me. He was professional, kind and responsive to me asking questions and double checking the order. He double checked the order as well and notices he forgot the 2 liter and promptly got it for me. He also apologized for his oversight.
He is a gem to your store. Please treat him well and give him a raise!“
“I had my first Papa John's experience today at the Cincinnati Monfort Heights location it was amazing pizza I had 1 pepperoni and 1 sausage pizza the manager made the pepperoni and a worker made the sausage a little contest between the two so which one made the better pizza they were equally amazing 5 stars to both of them the restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was very inviting I will 100% revisit this location again in the very near future I'm a fan of Papa John's Pizza.“
“When I called my order in. The gentleman that answered was very nice to me. He explained that he was shorthanded and it would take an hour. I explained that I had just had surgery a few days ago and that would be fine. I order my food. The gentleman that delivered my food was so nice. It was delivered in under the 1 hours time. “The Shaqironi (sp) pizza is very good. Cut in large slices with plenty of pepperoni on thin crust dough. It is my favorite pizza l have eaten at Papa Jonhs so far. I still have more to try. Yum, yum! ?

“Sometimes the pizza here is mediocre , so I haven’t ordered in awhile, but today, June 7, 2025, at 3:00 pm, cheers to the team working because it was the best Papa John’s I have ever had! All our pizzas were done so perfectly and it was soooooo yummy!! I don’t know who you all are, but I want you to make my pizza all the time! And also thank you for being so friendly when I picked my pizza up! Thank you!! I will be ordering again! Maybe you can train the others!! 😁“
