“Placed a pickup order from this location for the 1st time yesterday and unfortunately had a couple of hiccups with my order. In their defense, they were extremely busy but with the price of eating out nowadays, it can be very frustrating when things aren't correct. The Manager (Ryan) could see that I was frustrated and stepped in to make things right, to which he did! Would like to extend a huge thank you to Ryan for his professionalism in handling this situation! I will definitely order from this location again, just because of him!“
“Pizza is always amazing, love their garlic butter. I need the secret recipe.
The only problem I have is delivery in-house charges of 5.00 dollars. I'm already paying you for the pizza so I pay you again for your service. Then I feel like the driver gets ripped off so I tip him. That makes me average or more paying an extra 10 or so for the pizza. For no reason! I will not be ordering delivery anytime soon.“
“Almost always good. If you are picking up they have it ready and fresh quickly. If you order delivery you may get it delivered through a third party (DoorDash) in which case you may want to have your oven set on low while you’re waiting for it. :)“
“So my pizza was wrong. But Lexi handled the problem great I told her I'm not going back out tonight and I asked if they could remake my pizza and have it delivered. She said yes and that it would be no problem and no charge. They owned their mistake and thats what matters. Shout out to Lexi for making thing right.“
“This is by far the best Papa John's location we've found in the Dayton area. Their breadsticks are so good, we can't order without them (while most locations consistently make them stale or flat), and their Shaqaroni pizza is PERFECT—even customized—at least 90% of the time. The other 5-10% is always sad, but at this location, it's an exception and they always correct it the next time. Most locations are hit or miss, at best. This location is literally the reason we order Papa John's.“
“I want to give a huge thank you to Aiden at Papa John’s for helping save my child’s birthday party today.
I had placed a pizza order with Little Caesars a day in advance, but when I arrived at the scheduled pickup time, I was told they couldn’t make my order. I also never received a phone call ahead of time letting me know there was an issue. We were supposed to be eating in 30 minutes, so it was incredibly stressful and unexpected.
I rushed over to Papa John’s around 11:40AM hoping they could help, and Aiden immediately stepped in. He was so kind and understanding about the situation and got four pizzas made for us in about 20 minutes, which gave me just enough time to get back to the party before everyone was supposed to eat.
Even though I was clearly frustrated from the situation, Aiden stayed calm, polite, and compassionate the entire time. His customer service truly made a stressful situation so much better.
