I'm a very dissatisfied parent because my teenage child went inside to pick up an order and he has a slight speech problem, was rudely ignored by a young employee in the store, and I had to go inside to handle my business because he was completely ignored.

I am normally a huge fan of Papa John's but was really disappointed by this experience. We ordered a single pizza and it took well over an hour to get to us. The pizza was completely cold by time it arrived and we had to spend another 20 minutes reheating it in the oven. Super disappointed, will not be ordering from this Papa John's again.

Pizza dough was raw. Slick and raw, so slick that the entire cheese topping was just sliding off. I called no answer emailed no response. And I got sick after so I'll escalate it.

Placed and order at 5:30 PM expected my order to be ready at 6PM like they said got their at 6:30PM order said it was ready but the pizza was never put through went back to work went in around 7PM order was still not ready they printed out the paper pizza was finished at 7:21 PM but I didn’t get a call until 7:48PM I waited 2 hours to get a pizza and also had to pay full price too.

The Forest park papa Johns store don't deserves even 1 star. A lady there is very rude to customers, I don't know why people like her work for papa johns.. She insulted me and my sister and refused to give me my order. She I don't have my name on the order, I placed the order on doorsash with my account. She refused to check the order on my phone and told us to get out. When we finally get the orders my name was on all of them. This lady will fo to the court very soon.

I got a stuffed crust extra cheese normal sauce and sausage pizza, square cut. Instead I got a pizza cut like thin strips, no sauce, no extra cheese. It's crackers and ketchup.

The Shaqironi (sp) pizza is very good. Cut in large slices with plenty of pepperoni on thin crust dough. It is my favorite pizza l have eaten at Papa Jonhs so far. I still have more to try. Yum, yum! ?Parking: Parking is free in a public and large plaza parking lot.
